I always feel so welcome when I walk through the doors of Asheville Smile Center. The staff is professional and warm. I rarely have to wait to go back. My dental hygienist, Beth, takes the time to get to know me, asking me questions about my family and work. She has become a good friend. The professionalism that is demonstrated by each staff member each time I go is truly unique. It is always a good experience.

I had such a great experience at Asheville Smile Center! Every single person I met there was so caring and friendly and positive. They really took time to get to know me and my dental history a bit, which I appreciated, and my treatment was excellent (routine cleaning). Their office is very bright and clean, and they definitely go way above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable as needed (warm blankets, diffusers, cookies!). It honestly was a delightful experience, which is weird to say about a dental visit but there you have it! Thanks Asheville Smile Center! See you in 6 months!

Very positive experience! Friendly, courteous, professional, honest and fairly priced. We went in today for what we were told (by another office) was going to be an $18,000 set of procedures! Problems ended up being one extraction and some gum recession repairs. After being seen and examined thoroughly by this office, we were quoted $2,000 to fix everything! We won’t be going to any other dentists office in the area. This is officially our dentist office! Thank you so much!

6 years ago I was in search of a dentist. Groupon coincidentally sent me an offer for cleaning and x-rays at Asheville Smile Center. Right from the start the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Port is the best at what he does and really made me feel welcomed. I'm constantly getting compliments about my teeth and how pretty they are. I made the right decision when I chose this dental office. They're super nice, efficient and the cookies ain't bad either!

I've been going to the Asheville Smile Center for about 6 years now, and my experience there has been great. My hygienist, Beth, is the absolute best. She's warm and funny, and puts me at ease. The dentists are knowledgeable and friendly, and not at all pushy. One of the things I appreciate most is if they're running a little behind, they'll call and give a heads up so I can stay at work longer or run an errand and not just sit and wait. If only every doctor's office would do that!

The two hygienists who have worked directly with me, Beth and Cassie, are incredibly personable and knowledgeable; they always do the little things that show an effort above and beyond the norm. The office itself is professional and classy, but still has a welcoming and relaxed vibe. I’ve also enjoyed the appointment reminders and heads up on last minute openings—very helpful with a busy schedule.
