Fantastic dental office! New to the area and have work experience at a dental office so I know the tricks of the trade. Asheville Smile Center is top-of-the-line in service, professionalism, and hospitality. The office itself is pristine and well-managed. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and professional. You walk in to a serene setting and are instantly greeted by warm and welcoming staff. If you're new, they set you in a room to fill out paperwork and take you on a tour of the facility, which is state-of-the-art! Their equipment is top-of-the-line with x-rays, massage chairs, crown molding machines, and more! They also offer water, coffee, or tea as you wait. My hygienist, Beth, was wonderful! She called me back and took x-rays, explaining the entire process and getting to know me personally. The cleaning was quick and painless. She asked me about my dental history and concerns, taking notes and relaying them to the doctor before he made his visit. Dr. Port was wonderful. He explained not just the procedures they take with each patient but his heart behind it - getting to know me personally before going through my records and making recommendations. Overall, Asheville Smile Center breaks the mold of "scary dentist" and offers a truly professional yet homely experience for patients to want to come back and visit! Thanks to everyone on staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Asheville Smile Center. They were extremely thorough, professional, and comforting. All at the same time. I had not been to the dentist in 3 years and was very nervous about the cleaning and examination. I had no reason to be. I am excited to continue my dental care with Asheville Smile Center.

Dr. Port and the entire staff are very compassionate, caring and understanding. He takes the time to treat you as if you were his only patient and explains everything in great detail. I won't ever use another dentist. I highly recommend them if you are looking for top notch care and a truly relaxing, state of the art facility with many added amenities ( Massage chair, aromatherapy, beautiful scenery to watch and even fresh cookies and drinks). The office is immaculate and makes you at ease when you walk in the door. Thank you Dr. Port and the entire staff for being so professional and treating patients with the upmost respect :)

Absolutely AMAZING care!!! Cassie an Dr. Hernandez went over an beyond to educate me on how to make my mouth healthy again. An made it so affordable on my budget, to were I can now afford a cleaning every 4 months. All the staff is incredible❣️ would recommend them to anyone on ANY budget. With the Groupon for 149$ (for new patients) for TWO cleanings an X Ray's u can't beat that!!! I am so excited about being able to get my smile back!! I left smiling from ear to ear, even though it not where it needs to be yet, Cassie did so good you would never know I am working on making it better. Not to mention painless. Can't believe I found such an awesome place!!!

I am very pleased with my experience at the Asheville Smile Center. As a patient with high anxiety about anything dental, I was treated respectfully and with utmost consideration by the hygienist and Dr. Port. They took their time listening to my concerns and fears, the cleaning was as gentle as could be and Dr. Port respected my wishes for a conservative approach to maintaining my teeth and gums. I am relieved and grateful to have become a patient of Dr. Port's and I am reassured about having future work done at the Asheville Smile Center!

I went in last week, and my dental hygienist was Angela. Very professional and personable. Everyone in the office was top notch and took care of all of their customers. I had a cavity filled also by doc and he fixed it up and even a little extra when found out what was bothering me. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Port's since 2007. Dr. Port is a highly skilled, compassionate and good natured person. He and his staff strive for excellence, when it comes to the dental treatment, and customer service of their clients. Every day I receive compliments about my teeth and my smile. The Smile Center provides a warm, relaxing atmosphere, that will take the edge off of anyone who has fears or preoccupations about going to the dentist. I would not trust my dental care to any other dentist in this Western Carolina Region, and I highly recommend Dr.Port to anyone who is seeking professional, affordable dental care.

Such a great experience! Everyone on staff was helpful, professional and friendly. No attempts to push expensive cosmetic procedures and the cleaning was painless and efficient. Never even had time to read a page in my book! And the fresh-brewed coffee and the soft cookies on the way out were just icing on the proverbial cake! Looks like I've found my new dentist in Asheville!

I was referred here by a co-worker and I can honestly say this was the best dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Hernandez and his staff are lovely, kind people. They first give you a tour of the office which is a nice touch. They also have an entire "Comfort Menu" that you can choose from to make your visit even more pleasant, such as Netflix, aromatherapy and warm towels. To top it all off, they give you some cookies to take home with you. If I wasn't moving, I'd obviously be back! :)

I have only good things to say about Asheville Smile Center. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Each member really took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. They strived to make my experience as pleasant as possible at their state of the arc facility. Their office really adds unique touches such as refreshments, offering to diffuse essential oils during treatment or take advantage of electric massage chairs. I felt really confident in their expertise and was very pleased with the cutting edge technology at their facility. Lower radiation digital imaging and alternatives to amalgam fillings as well as an impressive sterilization station and many different cosmetic options stood out to me. They had great self pay options and promotions--I was able to take advantage of one myself that resulted in truly significant savings as a new patient. I highly reccomend them and plan to schedule a cleaning for my spouse soon.
