The moment you walk into the Asheville Smile Center, you are greeted with a calm and welcoming environment. Taylor at the front desk is extremely personable and friendly. The hygienist was informative and made my visit very pleasant. Everything was perfect right down to the massaging dentist chair!! Thank you Asheville Smile Center!!

My second visit to the Asheville Smile Center was as excellent as the first. I like that the hygenist cleans my teeth the "old way" - no supersonic instruments unless necessary, and I trust her judgment. She is also honest about current and future dental needs. Everyone in the office is kind, welcoming, and professional.

As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a LONG time, I must say, everyone there makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. I'm so glad my friend recommended Asheville Smile Center to me, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist or a new dentist. This place is full of wonderful people, it is extremely clean and very comfortable (massage chairs). Plus there are cookies!

I have never been at ease going to the dentist! The staff and Dr. Port are wonderful. I cannot praise them enough. I got a new crown. Did not feel the shot at all. I will keep going to this dentist. I recommend them highly.The office atmosphere is very calming from the front office and throughout.

Everything from start to finish is always professional, caring, and friendly! Beth the hygienist, Dr. Port, & the girls up front, always do a fantastic job and make you feel like a close friend. I was so pleased with the way I was treated by Dr. Payne and his assistant Kaitlyn. A procedure that I dreaded turned out to be a nothing like I expected. I would call it gentle dentistry for a procedure where it is is hard to imagine that could even be possible. THANK YOU.

This place is amazing! Dr. Garretson and his assistant Chastity make you feel so calm and comfortable You can tell that the dentist and hygienist actually enjoy their job's and all get along very are well. My husband and I both have a fear of going to dentist and this place makes it so easy! I have switched dentist 3 times due to them always making me feel bad for my cavities and pressuring me to do more then I could afford at once. This place does not pressure you to do anything you don't want to and does not make you feel judged. I have a lot of cavities and since I have a fear of dentist I always put off going. These dentist and hygienist are so considerate. Dr. Garretson listened to my concerns and each time he did a filling he would make sure I was okay to continue even said "we can take this one at a time, no pressure to do anymore then that" most dentist push you into doing more just to get more money. On my second visit I had to have an extraction done and the dentist made it the most pain free thing. I am so pleased with this dental office. You will not be disappointed! Plus you get fresh made cookies when you checkout :)

Highly recommended! I love my smile and they do a great job helping me maintain it. I've been coming here for 5 years and they've always treated me very well. Excellent service, warm and soothing atmosphere, offer me coffee and sweets while I wait, or water ;) expiditious chair time, yet the Dentist and Hygienist take the time to get to know you. I had a wonderful experience at Asheville Smile Center! I was very nervous about the amount of work needed and the potential cost. The staff were all very friendly, offering fresh baked cookies, aromatherapy and massage chairs! Dr. Hernandez was very thorough and was very to talk to. It was just an awesome visit!
