I felt like I was at a 5 star spa! I have never looked forward to a dental appointment before seeing Dr. Port. I can truthfully say Asheville Smile Center has the most upscale, patient centered care I have ever experienced and at an affordable cost!

They were so friendly and helpful on the phone and when I got to the office they were helpful friendly and comforting. It was a beautiful office and a great experience. Kelly Taylor and Diane up front vwere amazing. Doctor Hernandez and his nurse were incredible. They are a great team. They are easily 5 stars!!!!

I was a new patient and found Asheville Smile Center on the internet. When I called to schedule an appointment it was due to a crown falling out. I have always been terrified of dentists because of bad past experiences BUT when I got to the office, I was greeted so nicely and showed around. They recognized that I had a lot of anxiety and really did a good job of explaining things and trying to keep me calm. Unfortunately, I need a bridge and will be a local there for awhile. Ha. I will keep you posted but so far a thumbs up.

The staff is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Port was very gentle and explained my procedure in detail so I knew what to expect. Between the massage chair and the aroma therapy, I almost felt I was at the spa!

I had been rather pleased with the services here. However, when I called to cancel my appointment this morning due to needing to take my son to the doctor, I was informed of a $50 charge for canceling less than 48 in advance. My apologies for not knowing ahead of time that my child would be up all night throwing up. I will find a dentist that can see passed just another number to the actual person and that life is more than capable of a few disruptions.

Upon retirement and the loss of my company dental insurance plan I purchased a Groupon introductory visit to the Smile Center which included cleaning, xrays, exam.
This was the best deal ever! Since it was a real bargain I was unsure of the quality. Trust me, this was the best surprise of the decade. A relaxing visit with massage dental chair, a beautifully decorated space, and video photography to enjoy was equaled by the friendly, gentle, and expert dental care I received. I also engaged another visit for a restoration filling and was very satisfied with that experience as well. Dr. Port explained each step as he performed it and the estimated cost was exactly the final bill which was the market price. You will not regret making this choice for your dental care.
