Excellent Experience!. 5 stars!!!
Dr. Payne GiGi and Angela Made me feel comfortable through the whole process ... Not being at a dentist in several years I was worried about what some of my issues were going on but Dr. Payne was very Patient and Transparent about how they could help me. I left knowing that I was in great hands and had a plan for taking Care of my Dental needs.. I would highly recommend Asheville Smile to anyone.

My first visit was the best dental cleaning I've had in years. My hygienist Angela was not only a great hygienist, but she was engaging, not just "doing her job", I actually had fun! I also liked that Dr Payne commented on the quality of my prior dental work. He noticed it and is confidential enough to mention it, gaining my confidence that he knows good work and will provide it.The staff was friendly and professional, all and all a very good new dentist appointment.

Finding a good, honest dentist’s office is kind of like finding a good, honest mechanic and I have found my forever dentist! I am still in shock in how much I enjoyed my experience yesterday at Asheville Smile Center. All of the staff were genuinely kind people that were nothing but warm and welcoming. Angela Phillips was honestly one of the most likable people I have ever met in my life and made me feel so at ease. I cannot say enough good things about this office!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Today was my first visit after recently moving to the area, and all I can say is wow! The entire staff was welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The environment was clean and cozy. They deserve more than five stars!

Angela is amazing! She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and takes her time with you! I’ve been other places and feel like they rushed through my teeth cleaning, but that’s never been the case with Angela. She will make sure to address all your questions and concerns. Doctor Payne is great too! Very thorough and patient. Highly recommend Asheville Smile Center!

Angela, the Dental Hygienist, was phenomenal!!! She’s so personable and sweet. I came here from going to Aspen Dental once and was not at all impressed with all of the things they found “wrong” in my mouth (no other dentist has ever mentioned these “issues”), and I am immensely pleased with Asheville Smile Center. I just moved to Asheville in July and am very grateful for finding this awesome office. Dr. Payne is amazing, too! Everyone is gentle and kind and I do not feel rushed out of the office. Oh, and they said my mouth was perfectly fine. ;) 10/10 highly recommend this office, I will not go to another place!

I have such high anxiety of going to the dentist. Haven’t been in 4 years because of it. Alivia talk me through what they do for patients with anxiety and made me feel easy about coming in. Then Melissa my hygienist was so comforting and made me feel easy through my whole cleaning. She also listened attention to every concern I brought up. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Asheville Smiles for making this experience awesome and helping me look forward to my next appointment for the first time.

Amazing! Let me start off by saying that there is no one alive today more afraid of going to the dentist than I. Even regular cleanings freak me out nearly to the point of tears. Asheville Smile Center is the best dental office that I have ever visited! They didn’t just care about the health of my teeth- they also cared about my mental/emotional well-being throughout the appointment. I can now say that I am not afraid of going to the dentist (as long as it’s Asheville Smile Center)!

Love the staff and Dr Port too. Eased my nerves and reservations. I'm feeling great about finally having a long term relationship with a dentist and a clear plan going forward.

I've now been with Dr. Port for over a year and feel so thankful that so much progress has been made towards my dental health. I truly appreciate the entire team at Asheville Smile Center because they aren't rushed, take time to ensure you understand the plan moving forward, assist with insurance and payments, and make the whole experience enjoyable!

I love the doctors and hygienists and staff at Asheville Smile Center! After a particularly bad experience at another practice, the folks at the Smile Center were a breath of fresh air. They are extremely competent and forthcoming and you can tell they actually care about their patients. They are very open and honest, while being non judgmental. Like I said, a complete breath of fresh air. I am so glad I found them and will always recommend them to anyone who asks for a dentist recommendation.
