My two children and I went here for the first time today for cleanings and what a wonderful experience! I am terrified of going to the dentist but everyone there put me at ease. Nothing hurt (even when I had to get a slight cracked tooth repaired... they did it right then and there). Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and convenient. Definitely would recommend this dental practice!

My husband and I are new to Asheville and, as always, when you move you have to look for a new dentist. By chance my husband was looking for Groupon deals for golf and found a deal with Asheville Smile Center. The deal sounded really good so my husband called to make an appointment for the both of us. From the moment we talked to Hunter on the phone we sensed we had found our new dental facility. When we showed up for our appointment, both the ladies at the front desk along with Hunter, the hygienist Casey (sp?) to the dentist Dr. Bower, their friendliness and professionalism have been above and beyond what we could have hoped for.
We are so thrilled and absolutely love the place.

What a great experience. There is a reason this place get such great reviews. Beautiful office, immaculate rooms, little to no wait time, everyone from the front desk to the techs to the dentists are patient, warm, caring, professional, just wonderful. I did not have any cavities or need work, they didn't invent any issues either! (This has happened with other dentists). They don't make you get a routine gum scaling as many dentists do, which is a bogus moneymaker. I even got a useful bag of gifts at the first visit. Just loved this place.

The doctors and staff at Asheville always treat us with amazing care. Their sense of humor and professionalism make one confident in their skill and at ease in their presence. Our whole family goes there— even the kids look forward to going for visits and procedures.

I always dread going to the dentist, but not anymore! I was thoroughly impressed by the receptionist, hygiene, and dental staff here. They all made me feel welcomed as if I had been going there forever. The little attention to detail they provide blew me away. It was fun and relaxing. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe my visit was over. I can't wait for my 6 month check-up. I'm highly recommending this amazing place to all my friends in the area. I was in great hands with Kassie R and Dr Hernandez. I'm new to the area and they gave me a wealth of knowledge about places to eat, go, and even camp. I definitely got more than I expected from this visit.

I feel like I’ve been scammed. I called to set up an appointment to have my teeth whitened. They won’t do that unless I’ve had a consult, okay fine. I pay $98 for a deposit towards my treatment. Also okay. I go in there, the dentist looks at my teeth for about 30 seconds and says the best way is at home treatment, then charged me another $53 for two tiny tubes of whitening gel (about one treatment per tube) that you can buy on Amazon for $10 a piece. So I paid $149 for something that should’ve only cost me $20. BS if you ask me. If anything, just charge me for the tubes and let me leave. The “consult” I’m sure is what cost the extra $100 but was completely unnecessary.
On the bright side, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Every person I encountered asked me how my day was going and wanted to make sure I was comfortable.

Asheville Smile Center makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. They make you feel pampered and everyone you come in contact with is happy to see you. I enjoy going there and have had great service every time. Dr. Port takes the time to answer all your questions and is concerned with you. You don't feel like you are being rushed out the door. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

Melissa and Hernandez have been amazing to work with. They have worked with my treatment plans and affordable care with compassion and best of intentions. This is the first time I have walked out of a dentist office and felt relieved knowing I have an amazing team behind me. I highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with ASC! This has been my second round with their office this year and it's nice to see the same friendly staff. The staff is well dressed, professional and welcoming. Since I work in the medical profession I'm over particular of cleanliness- The entire office is clean and has top of the line equipment including an advanced sterilizing station. They even have fancy massage chairs to lay back and relax in while getting your teeth cleaned. My hygenist is great and loves what she does! She took time to educate me on all that I needed to know about keeping my teeth healthy. Dr. Port listens and provides great feed back when I have questions. Also, I have Delta Dental and have no problems with my coverage. I am totally pleased with my care here and would highly recommend them to others.

Best dentist experience I've ever had! Everyone is incredibly nice and personable. It's evident that this isn't just work for the employees, but an enjoyable place to be. I was very impressed with how well they communicated with one another and worked diligently to personalize the experience for me and other customers. I wasn't just another mouth to clean, but a person who they wanted to get to know, and I still came out of there with an exceptional cleaning and more knowledge about my dental hygiene than when I came in. I'm so thankful for their wonderful work and service, not to mention the two freshly baked cookies on my way out!
