Best dentist appointment I've ever had. Everyone was super polite & friendly. It really felt like they cared about comfort. As a self pay patient who has to look at prices to make treatment decisions, I didn't expect much, but they were so wonderful! I don't ever want to go to another dentist again

Kind, curious, respectful and friendly staffing. Front office staffing doesn't have you waiting long. They greet you coming in, and leaving out. The Dr’s are very knowledgeable, and skilled with all their talents. Very friendly environment, and they make sure you’re well taken care of with payment options if necessary. They really make you feel welcomed, each time.

Just had my new patient appointment with my hygienist, Emily, and Dr. Mull. They were very professional and friendly explaining every step of the process including several advanced scanning tools that were used. I was seen quickly after arriving. Very rarely do I ever enjoy going to the dentist. I rescheduled my appointment so many times with them just because I was so nervous. I was seen by dr. Hart who was very nice & very informative! Amber (hygienist) was extremely friendly, informative and explained everything while she cleaned my teeth. Highly recommend them!

I had a very old filling that was cracked and needed to be replaced. Dr. Mull and her assistant Emily did a fantastic job. I didn’t feel a thing as she drilled it out and replaced it (that’s the goal, right?!). They took great care of me while also keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

I am very pleased with the care that I have received at every visit. It is clear that the work environment is a positive one and that reflects how patients are treated. My only reason for not 5 stars are the auto text message with appointment reminders. They are not as friendly as a reminder should be. And that is not the staff folk so 5 star service for sure!

Wonderful staff and wonderful doctors! Went in after a long day of hassling with other dentist, they got me in same day because it was an emergency but they were very compassionate and understanding! great to do business with highly recommend!!

This review is mainly for the office and billing staff. They are not organized and does not thoroughly notate their system when you call in and cancel an appointment then they stick you with a no-show fee, which you should have not had in the first place. Not only that I didn't receive the $26.00 bill until over 90 days, which was for a missed appointment in April of 2022 that I didn't know I had because I have not been to this dentist office since 2021. The front desk clerk states it's because of the fire and system change. I should not have to be responsible for your system update not sending out statements in a timely manner. The doctors are great the front office is terrible!
