I began using Gastonia Family Dentistry after a move from another state. This dental office had been recommended to me by other family members. My visits have been pleasant and personable while staff has attended to my dental needs. They are experienced and efficient, and their prices have been reasonable. The doctors have also stayed abreast of the latest updates in dentistry. I am not sensitive to pain, but staff has always put an emphasis on providing a painfree experience. An applause goes to them from my family and me!

From taking extra gentle care with our 12 year old who just got a tooth pulled, to my big strong husband who has a fear of needles. The doctor and their personal assistants are great! It's the billing/invoicing people. Please make sure you look at your bill or request to look at it before you pay. There was so much confusion today because someone didn't verify what I was paying for and assuming the work was already done! They need to slow down, please, and ask and explain carefully.

I am generally not a fan of dentists, I have always had difficulties with my providers. But after meeting this team, they are well educated, well groomed with handling patients who have previously been ill managed, and they work quickly to get your appointment done. Not to mention, they also don't rip you off on treatment, including crowns and implants. They looked at a pricing sheet for me from a previous provider (same issue I was having when I came to GFD) and it was 3x the price of this team.

My first visit was for a cleaning, they did a great job.. I just had second appointment which was today was phenomenal. I had a broken molar. Dr. Drake fixed my tooth up and I cannot tell you how thankful I am.
