The "entire staff" does everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They don't treat you as though you're just a number and part of their salary, they treat you like you're their "immediate" family member. I went to Gastonia Family Dentistry this morning and was absolutely amazed at how caring they were. I had a cracked tooth with a cavity on the root that was causing me to have severe migraines. I wanted it extracted, and they talked me into getting a root canal because I needed that tooth to help chew my food. This was by far the best decision I made. I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Briggs for how caring she was, and for understanding my pain. She was so gentle as she was working in my mouth to dig out the root. We just laughed (as much as I could) the entire time as she meticulously worked in solving my problem!

I then went to talk about my treatment plan with Shannon and Sarah and they are amazing. They both broke things down and made it so simple to understand my next steps.

The entire team there is awesome! I would 100% recommend everyone to go there to get your dental work done!

I have never been more impressed with customer service anywhere. I sincerely mean this. I had a dentist do a little work on a tooth of mine a few months back. I needed a crown but couldn’t afford one at the time and kept putting it off. On Saturday the tooth broke off to the gum line. I was devastated because it was one of the front teeth. I work in a doctor’s office and I talk to patients all day. I am always smiling but I felt hideous and spent several days trying to hide my missing tooth. I called my dentist when they reopened after their Christmas break and they weren’t able to see me nor did they take my new insurance. I called many dentists in the area. Many weren’t going to reopen until after the 1st of the year and the ones that were open couldn’t help. I finally reached an amazing receptionist at Gastonia Family Dentistry. Wednesday afternoon she made me an appointment for the next afternoon. I arrived. Everything at first was pretty routine. The dentist came in and said he could do a post and a crown. The office was very busy and one staff member said they could see me back the next morning for the treatment. I was disappointed and explained that I wouldn’t be able to return the next morning due to my work schedule. She excused herself and came back a few minutes later. She informed me that another employee had volunteered to stay late with the dentist to see that I was able to get my treatment done. They actually started my treatment as the practice was closing. I was able to have everything completed today and I am once again smiling. I am still in shock at how caring the staff was. They have their own lives but gave up extra time to see a woman walk around with a smile again. I can’t thank them enough! This is literally the best patient experience I have ever encountered. Their office has state of the art technology and great staff. It’s definitely the place to go for all your dental needs!!

This Denist office is hands down the best around in our area. My family has went here for over ten years with positive results always. Very friendly and confident staff. Flexible hours to accommodate. Ashley did my teeth the other day was fast and efficient and Dr. Pope was very informative. If your looking for a great dental experience , look no further

I have been a patient for the past 6 years, I believe... first Dr Kingsbury and loved him, Now I see Dr Molly Briggs and she is absolutely amazing. For as long as I have been there all of the staff has been great especially Amy and Jill. I have a low, VERY LOW pain tolerance, and they are still kind, gentle, and patient to my needs. I will always recommend friends and family to Dr. Briggs. I am very happy now that my daughter is old enough to be able to see her with my husband and myself. Will never go anywhere else.

I really loved this dentist but after being Rescheduled last time for two months after my original appointment which I was understanding about, They called me to reschedule my appointment two days before I was supposed to go in , canceling my appointment again and wanted to reschedule two months out from the second schedule appointment. I feel like this is very bad customer service it’s now been two months since my original appointment and will be another two months if I accepted the appointment I was given. four months in total from my original appointment. They should figure out how to work people in that they cancel on In a more realistic timeframe. I have referred so many people to this practice now to realize that they don’t keep up their customers care appropriately. Sadly I guess it’s time to move on to find a dentist who is more reliable.

Had to have a crown put on today...my 2nd one here and just like the last time everyone was great! Check in was timely, they talked me through everything regarding the procedure, and they made sure u was comfortable the whole time. Top notch customer service and patient care! Ended up not needing a portion of the procedure done and I was informed that I had a credit coming back to me. That type of integrity means a lot to me. If you’re looking for a dentist give Gastonia Family Dentistry a strong look and serious consideration!

Everyone was really friendly and professional. Cassey did a fantastic job getting things ready for Dr Hill. Which made it more comfortable for me. Dr Hill did a nice job on my root canel and crown. All in all it was good experience..

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Able to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist in Gastonia.

Dental procedures tend to be no fun ! Having said that I had a very good experience @ Gastonia Family Dentistry yesterday. Dr. Molly Briggs did a crown and filling on two adjacent teeth for me. She made sure that I experienced no pain and her personality put me at ease. She is a great dentist !!!!!!
