I was in to see Dr Briggs this morning first thing. She was out of the office on Fridays now so I saw Dr Drake. He was amazing as usual and even worked me in for a filling I had been calling about. I feel so comfortable at this office. Everyone, and I do mean everyone from front office to Dr Briggs are always so friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found them! I feel at home here! They are compassionate friendly and efficient.

They have by far been my best experience with a dental practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dealing with having dental work done especially major work is typically something I’d like to avoid.
Dr. Briggs made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s realistic and honest but truly wants to help. My dental assistants and administrative staff also go above and beyond and truly know what good customer service is.

I have been going here for years... Before they moved, their last location and people staffed there were AMAZING. Not one complaint, left always satisfied. I recently encountered a confirmation appt. follow up with a "Lori" I believe to confirm an appt. and unfortunately this needed to be rescheduled because my husband was also scheduled to be there at the same time, same day. She gave a nasty response stating that "Oh, well he's just here for a check up, you're getting a cleaning." As if we didn't have other prior engagements, in my case I have a child lol. The whole thing and the tone of her voice when talking to me about my appointment that needed to be rescheduled was a little rude and very condenscending. I ended up telling her to just cancel the appointment altogether and I will call the office to reschedule. She then gave a nasty reply and said, "Well that time you want is months out." Of course I didn't mind, it's just a cleaning, lol. But after that remark made, it made me wonder do they care more for you being there to take your $ or what? I felt kind of pressured a little bit. I've never encountered this before with anyone at this facility on appointments of all things. After today, I am really considering changing dental facilities due to this incident. You may need to find more friendlier appointment schedulers, this person was not in a good mood today it seems and is projecting it on paying customers. Because of this, I deducted 2 stars as customer service is EVERYTHING.

Dr. Hart repaired 2 fillings and performed one new one for me and I had no pain after the procedure. The experience was welcoming, relaxing,, and the epitome of competence and skill.. I can't thank the doctor,, Mikaela, or the rest of the staff enough. Looking forward to my next visit!
