The GFD Team was simply amazing today. I was very anxious about having a root canal performed. However, not only did Kacey(?) and Dr. Hart ease my anxious state; They both displayed a level of patience, care and compassion that I’ve yet to experience at a dentist. I have been going here for years never a problem before today. Nobody told me they moved to a new building. Drove to the old location for my appt. When I arrived I see its now a pediatric place. Parked to call to get the new address. Arrived at new address and was told that I couldnt be seen because its 710am my appt was at 7am. Had someone told me they moved this wouldnt have happened. Inform your customers of changes. Finding a dentist office.

My experience here has been Absolutely amazing!! The staff is always get me in and out. Everyone is super friendly and always in a great mood. I appreciate how polite, kinda , and informative the whole staff is. Dr. Hill is very professional. I personally appreciate how he takes his time to listen to my questions and concerns. They are quick in getting me out , but they do not make me feel rushed. I recommend Dr. Hill and his staff to everyone in the Gastonia area looking for wonderful dentistry services.

I had a cleaning today with Emily and she was GREAT! She was very thorough and efficient. Dr Pope came in and looked at my teeth to make sure I didn’t need any work done. I always love coming in and seeing the people at Gastonia Family Dentistry. Everyone is so nice from check in to check out. If you are looking for a new dentist office then you should check them out! I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Staff is just awesome! They care about their patients. Their bedside manor is comforting. They are always asking if you're doing okay. Whatever they can do to make you comfortable, they do it. Finally, going to a dentist is comfortable. They will go over your treatment plan and discuss insurance and payment options so getting dental work done doesn't have to hurt your wallet either. I wont go anywhere else.

Dr Hill seems to have done his job well. It is too early to know, one day later but so far so good. He gave me a crown and a filling in one sitting. Love love love the fact that they can do it all at once and no need to return at a later date for the permanent crown! Beautiful paintings everywhere in the office. Spacious. My husband had a comfortable nook to sit in close by, right with me through the whole procedure. I got to choose what music we listened to. Great experience. Friendly, professional staff. I will definitely return. The crown looks great and feels perfectly smooth.

Dr. Hill and his assistant Shanda are great! I went in for a root canal, and they kept me comfortable and informed throughout the entire procedure. They were even able to do my crown during the same appointment which saves so much time! I'm so glad I found this dental practice, and I will definitely be sticking with them!
