I’m not sure why but, I never had regular Dental appointments as a kid growing up. Thus, as an adult I do experience anxiety when I do go. And so, now experiencing lots of needed care (especially) in my later years. I have found a WELCOMED home w/Gastonia Family Dentistry!
It doesn’t HURT to feel like THEIR grandmother or Loving Mom! Am I still anxious, absolutely but, the Genuine care I receive is awesome. I’m not a number, I am one to their family! The procedures are discussed, updates are relayed, my personal condition is questioned & their EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, has been overwhelmingly appreciated. I even get a hug when I leave. I have a phobia about people doing anything to my skull, eye exams, anything with the dentist... But they were very attentive, helped me calm down, and made the experience literally pain free. I had 3 teeth taken out, and 6 or so fillings. I would definitely reccomend them, and definitely want to go back. Dentist offices are notoriously terrifying, but they were very kind, and communicated every step with me. I had an awesome experience. Thank you, everyone.

Wow! What an experience, best I have ever had. From Melinda Stewart Account Manager who was extremely helpful, Jill his assistant very nicenice my new dentist Blake Kingsbury who was knowledgeable and also went the extra mile just to make me comfortable dealing with my situation. They are top knotch in my book. Couldn't deal with a better group of people. If you're looking for a dentist look no further these guy's are it and won't let you down.

My husband had a dental emergency and I recommended he make an appointment here. He made an appointment online for the next afternoon. The office called him and he was unable to answer the phone, so they sent him a text stating they were unable to verify his insurance and canceled his appointment. They canceled an emergency appointment because he didn’t answer the phone??? Insurance could have been verified when he arrived for the appointment, especially since this was an emergency. And of course, they can’t see him again for over two weeks. This is poor patient care and I will find a new dentist and no longer recommended this practice to anyone.

Gastonia Family Dentistry is awesome! I’ve been there twice now and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. This dentist office is spotless, and Dr. Hill, Emily, and Casey were so amazing today! Dr. Hill did dental bonding on my front tooth because it was chipped from a car accident I had been in and now you would never know the difference! I couldn’t be happier, thank you again Dr. Hill, Casey, and Emily!
