The entire experience is always amazing. Front office staff is thorough, professional and very friendly. The office even has the new office address in every appointment reminder text. They do require appointment confirmation to hold your appointment, which is understandable considering how busy the office is and how people are irresponsible these days. The hygienist was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have this cool scanner that takes an image of your entire mouth. Then they show it to you and explain what they find. All of the doctors I have ever met there have been so down to earth and very genuine in their demeanor. I’m sure they are so busy but you are always treated like you are their only patient that day. The new office is beautiful. The largest office in Gaston County, I’m sure. The technology in the office can’t be matched by anyone else around. Kudos to you all!
