This is one of the worst dental experiences Iāve had. Not only did they send me a bill due to them underestimating my insurance benefits (it happens). But, it was for a tooth they didnāt/ couldnāt fix. I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. I hate lessons that cost extra money. I am glad it was me, rather than one of my kids though. They were great people, but I think Iāll stick with the Dentist that got me squared away for now.

I went in had a Tooth pulled 5 days ago and still in pain. Call the dental office this morning and they said that the dentist that pulled my tooth was not there so they canāt prescribe me any medicine I have had 6 teeth and three wisdom teeth pulled in the past by. Sunny Dental and I and I have never had any pain at all. Because he knew what he was doing. This place has no idea what youāre doing Iām surprised that they have any business at all so if youāre planning on going to the dentist donāt go to this place please you will be in lots of pain and they donāt care. They told me to go to urgent care or go to the emergency room for pain medicine because my doctor was not there today. All I wanted was 600 mg of ibuprofen funny huh.

I've been scared of dentists my whole life-can't EVER remember a good experience at a dentist office. Until i found this place! I had an abscess & needed a next day appointment-which are almost impossible to find! From the time Laurie called me back to schedule me to Emily who did my Xrays and made me feel me feel sooo at ease and comfortable to Amy who did my cleaning and made sure i couldn't feel a THING to Dr Mull who was just AMAZING and put together a treatment plan to get my smile back on track! These ladies really know their stuff and for the first time in my whole life I'm not terrified of going to the dentist-and i couldnt be more thankful! šā¤ļøš
