They were very kind. At first we had am issue with my insurance but the fella at the front desk was so helpful in helping me figure it out. Then the assistants and the dentist and hygienist were so kind to my daughter explaining to her how to take better care of her teeth and explaining to me what we can do to help her with care and prevention. Highly recommend GFD.

Today, I had my yearly dental cleaning at Gastonia Family Dentistry. My dental hygienist was Amy, and my dentist was Dr. Hill. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Amy was friendly, knowledgeable and mindful when using the dental tools to clean my teeth. Dr. Hill is my favorite dentist by far - personable, detailed, cutting edge in his work and able to pick up on dental "problems" that other dentists would not see. To top it off, the services are affordable. Thanks again!

Going to the dentist can sometimes be something one doesn’t look forward to. Gastonia Family Dentistry offers a pleasant and efficient office experience. They have huge and calming landscape photos throughout and the people working with you are just as lovely. I was seen quickly with almost no wait time.

I’ve never had X-rays ‘in the round’ which were simply done and extremely thorough as was the follow on them.

I’d definitely recommend this group if you’re shopping for a dental group!

We had a great experience with Gastonia Family Dentistry! Very friendly staff & extremely helpful & patient with figuring out our insurance. Our hygienist, Emily, was sweet and friendly and great with my kids. Dr. Briggs was thorough and friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Great experience all around! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Best experience ever having dental work! Gastonia Family Dentistry was great. Shandra was awesome, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Pope was very professional and took time to listen to my concerns and his work was great! And to my surprise it was pretty much painless! I would definitely recommend Dr. Pope and Shandra.

I trust Dr Drake. He is a very good dentist. His staff ìs very clean ànd thorough.

I had an overall decent experience here. The facility is easy to find right off the main road and has plenty of parking in the lot. There are two sides to the building as well and once you go in the staff are friendly to help you out. The interior is clean and well keep up, with plenty of magazines and a tv to watch while you wait.

I felt like a number on a list more than a person. The lead dentist who did all my work felt very off-putting and I did not care for him at all. Although his personality was bland, he did a good job with the work asked of him. They did not go some of the details of what I was to have done on my teeth, and when I went in for the appointment I was surprised to hear that I was getting a crown put in that same day.

Never the less I was in the chair for 3 and a half hours with 1 crown and 3 fillings put in. The payment was quite fishy with how it ended up. Roughly 2k for it all without insurance. I am not sure how this compares to other offices in the town, but I guess it was alright. Overall, they do what you ask of them efficiently at an okay cost with you just being another number to them.

Amazing place with great people. Very professional and friendly. Dr.Drake and my hygienist (Whitney I think) are my awesome.
