Dental Suite Greensboro

The office ladies were helpful in answering all my questions about Medicare.
The person cleaning my teeth took time to explain the problems I was having in cleaning my teeth thoroughly, and gave me helpful suggestions.
The doctor that checked the finished cleaning if my teeth added helpful comments and suggestions.

It made my visit relaxing and feeling respected.

Very clean office and professional, yet attentive caring staff. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I had a few incidents with a few other dentists that didn't go so well. One in particular that landed me in the Emergency Room straight from the dental chair. Needless to say, I became very skeptical, nervous and stressed about trusting another dentists with my dental care. I reached out to Dr. Strickland and expressed my concerns. She explained the process, alternatives and assurance that gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. In addition to me sharing my experience regarding the other dentists, not once did she say anything negative about them to make their office shine. Instead she focused on providing a solution and assurance. I can honestly say that I felt so relaxed that I was falling asleep and not from the numbing medicine. Anyone that knows me, know that I am super particular. I've been a patient for about 4 years. My experience has been great!!! I drive from Raleigh to the Greensboro office because of the comfort level of care I have received. I sincerely appreciate the staff and all the essential workers that are doing their best to assist us with our dental, physical and mental health. It's a lot to manage...especially in times like these. Many, many, many people in this country & others don't have these options or privileges. I'm sure Dental Suite isn't perfect at all times...they're human. But what I am confident about is, if there is an issue they will do their best to correct it if given the opportunity. I am truly grateful for Dental Suite's team and I applaud your continued efforts while risking your own health...especially in times like these. Thank you again.

Ridiculous my appointment is at 10:20 AM and now it’s 12:24pm and still didn’t call for my name. Very bad experience will never be using this office again. I’m gonna find me a good office that respects peoples time.

I enjoyed my visit today with Alicia and Dr. Garba. I loved how kind and involved they were. I appreciate all my questions being answered and providing me with the best care. You don’t get that a lot especially from dentist office. I’m glad I became a new patient with you all. Best decision ever!

I really like the staff at F Smith Strickland DDS. The staff is awesome and those young dentists are nice, pleasant and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for good place to do any type of dental work, this is the place to go! Diane Barnes

As a new patient, Diana was OUTSTANDING. She was very patient and knowledgeable about giving important information. She recommended some items for better dental hygiene care. I truly recommend her to anyone! She’s very sweet!

Diana Garcia is a pillar to Dental Suite Family she reflected exceptional service and professionalism. Making me feel welcomed and inspired to take care of a high priority in my life, Dental hygiene. Sadly to say I was behind on my dental check ups but Diana was able to rejuvenate my teeth to full potential. In all honesty 5/5 doesn’t do her justice, she embodies a care and commitment to her craft and I am excited to have her apart of my dental hygienic journey.

Don't even get close to them!!
They shut down the other location because of the very bad reputation "Omni dental before".
They have a big issue with their payment system and accounting!!
They charged me $68 because of 2 years appointment old, they said I didn't show up for my appointment, I still paid it but unfortunately, I still receive the bill in my mail, no one here at the clinic can fix this issue, Doctor refuses to see me!!
What surprises me it went to Debt collectors, I have the receipt, they are A MESS...
They have no system established or accountant, so be very careful!!

Edit: I am here at the clinic, having a conversation with another patient, she went through the same with them and her credit score was damaged because of them

The office staff were patient and kind. They fit me in on a busy day which I am forever grateful because I had an emergency. I am now a new patient. The Doctor was so sweet and informative and it put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been with them since 2018 and they’ve done a great job taking care of my dental health. The staffs are very accommodating and very good at what they do. I greatly recommend their service.
