Go to another dental office while you can!
I always try to support African American businesses but they always give you a reason not to. This establishment has overcharged my insurance and thought I would not notice. It has taken them over 30 days to refund the amount they collected TWICE in JANUARY. An entire 9 months ago, and they still did not realize they had collected $838.40 from more than one insurance. So a total of more than $1,600 from insurance when only half of that was supposed to have been collected by them. This is insurance fraud, if you ask me. BE AWARE! And check your explanation of benefits and ask questions.

I went to my appointment and had to wait over an hour due to things running behind. I told the receptionist that I couldn't keep waiting so I would call to reschedule. They counted that as a missed appointment and charged me $65.00 for a cancelled appointment fee. That was very dishonest and I will definitely NOT be going back!

Have been going here for over a year, but will not be going back. Did not have any problems in the past until recently. My health care provider is primary for cleaning and my dental insurance is secondary. In the past I was not required to pay anything for cleaning as that is covered through the dental insurance as with most dental plan. I tried to explain this and if the front desk people would have called my insurance provider they would have gotten the answer on what they should do. I recently took my kids to their dental appointment at another dentist and did not have to go through this as they called my insurance companies (their cleaning was covered with the insurances and we did not have to pay anything). If you have coverage where things are not as straight forward, then you should not go to Omni Dental.
