Dental Suite Greensboro

Omnidental is a great dental office all of the workers there were working together and I was very happy with my visit all the doctors were very nice to me. I am very satisfied with this practice I will continue to go back and recommend people to come to Omnidental.

Our family needed a in-network dentist that offered Saturday appointments; this how we initally found Dr. Strickland. Unfortunately we had not been seen by her until months later when my daughter needed some extensive dental work done immediately.

This is not how we wanted our first visit happen, but we couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Strickland, Brittani (office Manger) and Jerry (front desk operator) were very thorough in explaining their services and fees and we were very pleased with the outcome.

I definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

The associates are always super nice and informative. The also provide great recommendations for dental items you may need to keep your teeth pearly white and healthy. They've also help provide referrals to other neighboring dentist if they were unable to do the procedure in house.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this practice. I’ve had ongoing billing issues for the past 8 months and when I’ve expressed my frustration it’s meant with a lot of pointing of the finger and argument. I want to be done with this place!! On top of that I was told that my bridge was loose but when I received X-rays at my new dentist office, they said the bridge is still in good condition. This practice has done shady things to adjust my bill to keep overpayments, delayed my refund for almost 8 months, and then lie about my bridge to get more money!!! Don’t go to this practice. They are not to be trusted! Only care about the money and not the patient.

I love this dental practice. This is the first dental service that did not make me feel anxious. Also my first woman dentist. What a difference! Gentle and proficient in her work. Awesome staff!

My assistants and doctor were great! Place was clean and everything was fast and pleasant.

I made an appointment to have a tooth extracted due to causing severe migranes and was told depending on which of the 2 teeth it was based on description would be either $40 or $72. Was never informed I would need a panoramic X-ray done and I didn’t think to ask because they had just done mouth xrays at their office for me a month prior. When I arrived I was told I needed to pay $166 for the X-ray and tooth extraction beforehand. I was irritated but went ahead and paid. After the X-ray I was then told that they were not going to extract the tooth for me to go to a surgeon to get it done and it will probably cost me even more. Only reason I am leaving as high a star rating as I am is because while I was there since I had already paid them for services I got a cleaning done. I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was a kind younger blonde woman who was very professional and went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible and talked the entire time to keep my mind off the work being done. I give her personally 10 stars because how comfortable she made me feel there. I will be back there for cleanings thru her but nothing else from this office.
