My husband ran into some miscommunications and unprofessionalism at this location regarding his cleaning. However, Dr. Strickland called and made a much better presentation of the situation and was willing to rectify it. The staff is very friendly, just may need some additional training to be consistent and compliant with how Dr. Strickland wants to run her facility.

This practice has to be the most professional, friendliest, efficient dentist office I have ever been to! No lie. I get nothing for posting this review other than to share with others who are looking for a great place! The staff and doctor ease your nerves and make sure you are comfortable. They have state of the art equipment which cuts down on your visit time! Dr. Strickland is not only the prettiest dentist in the industry, she is very knowledgeable and truly knows her stuff! You are going to love it here, it's a promise!
*I had to edit this post to tell yall, not only is scheduling, wait time and parking amazing, they have an adult prize box! I visited during "patient appreciate week and scratched off my card and got $20 credit for my next visit!" What dentist office does that? I am telling you...this office is like no other! ā¤š

OmniDental have great staffs from the front desk, the caller, and esp. their hygienists. I have only seen Dianna and Mattie, and they both are very profesional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind. They always give advices and extremely non judgemental. My kids see other hygienists as well and The love coming here for their dental workups.
