My first dental visit with OmniDental was by far the most pleasant and fun dental experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the customer service, professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge and response was top notch. The staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and even made me laugh and smile more than a few times.

When I first came here I thought they were pretty good. After I referred literally my whole family is when the quality of treatment started to diminish. Never did I receive any type of gratitude or appreciate for bring 4 extra people including myself to do business with them. I’m writing this review because I am now FED UP after waiting an hour plus for an appointment that was never supposed to take that long. The last few times I’ve went I’ve had to wait more than an hour, as if I have nothing else to do. It seems as if there is an extreme lack of concern and consideration for the clients they swear they “care about so much”. I could say so much more, but to keep it simple- Never again OmniDental, do better please. Surely won’t be getting anymore money out of my family!

I arrived for my appointment at 1:30pm, thinking that I was 15 minuted early to fill out paperwork . However, I was late and missed my 1:15pm appointment. It was a small wait, but the receptionist processesd my paperwork and was able to get me in with another hygienist and dentist in the office. I was grateful because I had two previous appointments cancelled over the past 8 months due to covid and surgery.
