Dental Suite Greensboro

Doctor did a shotty job on my fillings, had pain longer than 2 weeks, went to another dentist and they told me i still has decay under the filling. Receptionist is extremely rude as he was chatting with coworkers and i ask if he could explain something to me and he told me he didn’t have time. Whatever you do don’t come here it’s all about money they charge you for anything and everything and have extra fees or everything too. Doctor was also aggressive with my mouth and not very polite.

It was my first time and I really love the place, Very friendly and professional, nice atmosphere, I highly recommend.

I have such a horrible experience when it comes to their administration. I went to do a multiple extraction on my wisdom tooth and they couldn’t do it at their office so they gave me a referral. Here is the worse parts started since I have paid them for the full service they were supposed to refund me the money for the work they couldn’t do. They told me that the refund will be done by check thru the regular mail. After a month. The check was not mail then after another 3 weeks they told that was mail. I wait for another two weeks and the check never arrive. When I call back asking for the check they told me they can cancel the missing check and will take another 3 week to write me another check!!! Amazing such a lengthy service and annoying the refund is for more than $600 and their customers service is so bad to say the least.

At first I was loving this dentistry Dr. Strickland is very compassionate about her patient's well being. I cannot say the same about her staff. They have canceled a lot of my appointments and moved them to other dates I never agreed to. They cancelled one of my appointments because they said I didnt confirm. If I never called to cancel it why would they do it for me? I arrived 30 min. Early to my appointment for them to say it was cancelled because I didn't confirm. What if I didnt have a phone at the time? I showed up for the lady at the front desk to be snobby with me so I said I wont be back ever again. They set another appointment I didn't agree to and then I get an billing statement. Wow

A excellent dental office. New building, latest equipment and excellent staff. If you are looking for a dentist give them a call for appointment.

I love Dr. Strickland and her staff. I honestly hated the dentist till I started going here a year ago and they make sure to give excellent customer service. Went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and I was nervous and as usual she made me comfortable and I was in and out. Thank you for all that you do to help my family and myself keep a happy and healthy smile.

Wonderful clinic, very friendly, helpful staff. They made me feel comfortable and we laughed and had a great time, excellent service and thorough process. The whole team gave me great instructions on how to better care for my teeth and stay healthy.

Relaxing comfortable felt like family and it was my first time. Explaining what there going to do before they do it. Overall amazing 🤩

Excellent service. My hygienist was thorough and listened to my concerns. She also made sure they were addressed.
