Please AVOID this dental office. They are charging for non covered services and naming them as "Co-pays."
On two separate occasions, I was charged 12.00, and was told it was a copay. However I have an EXTENSIVE background in health insurance, and I am FULLY aware that preventative services are covered at 100%. I was then told by a dental assistant that the 12.00 is a fee for PPE. I then spoke with the practice manager who I formed me that they DON'T have to post notification about the 12.00 fee or if it would be covered by insurance. The practice manager then told me they did not bill the 12.00 fee because its not covered by insurance; yet they are LYING to patients saying this is a copay!
This is a form of price gauging for PPE. Yes the provider can charge a fee, however patients BY LAW, must be informed about what is charged and what MAY not be covered by insurance.
You try to buy and support black/minority businesses but you end up with HIDDEN FEES and LIES...

Beware going to this practice. The lied to me about being in network after I asked them twice to verify that they were. The said that they called and verified they were in network with my dental insurance. I then made an appointment for my self, my husband, and child. Now after the fact I'm being told they actually weren't in-network and now I owe them money for routine dental services. When I told the receptionist that they duped me on telling me they were in network and now charging me and I thought that was crazy and I wouldn't be coming back and would make sure I wrote a review to warn people about it he pretty much didn't have anything to say besides okay well i hope that makes you feel better. Be careful going here you will be charged extra and they will probably lie to you about being in network so they can collect extra money.

This clinic was previously good, now it treats patients in a bad way. Doctors try to treat patient without explaining the patient’s condition . If the patient asked them a question, the answer would be in a rough way Stay away from this clinic any go to another place at least treat patients with humanity .
