Dental Suite Greensboro

I am extremely pleased with my entire experience at Dental Suite. The wait time is short. During our initial consultation, Dr Strickland took time to explain the practice and my options for dental care. The receptionists are friendly and attentive. Dr. Foster was friendly and knowledgeable. Diane, my dental hygenist was professional and thorough with her exam and cleaning. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. The staff is friendly, and they all treat you well. You can tell they care about their patients. They accommodate my every need. I’m a big baby and have a low pain tolerance and they still make sure I’m comfortable, and do whatever is needed to make sure I stay that way. I will never switch dentists after finding them. No matter the distance.

I had a very poor experience here. After two plus years I have never actually met Dr Strickland. I also found out I needed a cavity fixed but only from the dental hygienist. The dentist who was working that day said something to the hygienist then walked out of the room without even telling me I needed a cavity. The hygienists and Jerry at the front desk are great, but the dentists ruin it.

Everyone here was very professional and extremely detailed. Appt was at 8:40, I was in a chair at 8:35. Explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend

The only reason for 3 stars is because now no one answers the phone! On one occasion I called to reschedule an appointment, no answer. Now I’ve been calling to confirm an upcoming appointment because I had to keep changing it due to transportation and still no answer. Please answer the phone, please.

I had 3 fillings replaced and the procedure itself went fine but when the anesthesia wore off I noticed a sharp point on my fillings. Sharp enough to cut my tongue or finger if I rubbed over it. Other than that, everything was fine.

The best. I have extreme fear of dentist and they made it so much easier. Prefer Greensboro over Winston location.

The most unprofessional dentistry office I have ever been to. Not only did I get yelled at by the receptionist on the first attempt to schedule my appointment here. My appointments were repeatedly rescheduled without anyone ever calling to ask if it was ok to reschedule me for a particular date and time. I just received an email stating that my appointment was rescheduled for this date at this time, And this happened repeatedly. Furthermore it seemed as if they was trying to hustle me into getting procedures done that none of the previous dental offices had recommended in the past or maybe everyone else just missed something that they caught idk. I highly recommend exploring your options before choosing this unprofessional office

I’m standing on this one star this time. So much went wrong with my extraction, there’s too many ways to count. It ended up being an extra tooth needing pulled(to make an extra sale-oh yeah, I’ve seen the goal sheet for the month of may on my way out as well) I originally paid for 5 teeth. Got 5 teeth taken out. But had to pay an additional 300.00 for the difference of the 5th one. I didn’t get the original 5th one taken out. In other words, I walked in…she mentioned 6 teeth had to be taken out. I had an extra one. 6 visits ago, I mentioned the extra tooth. Nothing was said about it. Came in today, 4 teeth and the extra one in the back came out. And not the wisdom tooth on the bottom right like my original treatment plan stated. As always, the front staff is confused and take payment. Now I’m sitting here, can’t swallow, mouth is numb and I haven’t eaten all day. I’m drooling blood and saliva with a mouth that can’t open. Oh yeah, there’s also skin hanging at the top of my mouth.

As of today, October 3rd, it seems I haven’t made myself clear. I paid for an extraction that hasn’t actually been extracted. And furthermore, the extractions performed weren’t really necessary as per my orthodontist. If communication was made clear with them, this review wouldn’t be up. My experience with my extractions have been a nightmare here. There was no bedside manner. And she(a random person who performed them), kept pressing down on my jaw. I couldn’t open my mouth for weeks. Please don’t take the bad reviews lightly like I have. I read them and ignored them.

Your replies to the one star ratings are a bunch of baloney. I tried reaching out again but your office blocked my phone number after trying to charge me for things I didn’t need. I’ve worked at a dentist office before and I know you guys are just trying to get as much money as you can out of your patients for treatments they don’t need. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! Try and get a second opinion somewhere else before you get treatment from this place that you’ll later regret
