I have only been to this office a couple of times and will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment at my last cleaning in December 2021 for June 9, 2022. I received a text message from their office 1.5 days before my appointment to let me know it had been rescheduled to nearly 4 months in the future. I advised them I had already taken off work for my scheduled appointment and expected to have my six month cleaning performed at a 6 month interval not 9 months. They rescheduled it for three weeks later. I took off work once again and arrived at my appointment five minutes early. After standing in line for 10 minutes for the receptionist, I was advised I would owe over $200 for my routine cleaning despite the cleaning being covered in full by my dental insurance. They wanted to charge me for fluoride, a “comprehensive exam” and x-rays. I told them I declined additional services and only wanted my scheduled cleaning to be performed. I also advised that the ADA does not recommend x-rays every six months for healthy adults. The receptionist advised me these x-rays would be a “different frequency” than the ones performed 6 months earlier and were required by their office. They were unwilling to perform the cleaning that had been scheduled unless I consented to additional services that would not be covered by insurance and paid upfront.
I have asked them to remove my information from their system as I will no longer be a patient at this practice. They are disorganized and appear to be conning people out of money by charging for unnecessary services. Both receptionists confirmed I would not be charged anything for today’s visit as I received no services and they were unwilling to perform my scheduled service today. I will update my review should I receive any type of bill or retaliation from this company.

I was very pleased and happy with the service l received at Dental Suite. I lost the crown off my front tooth on Sunday. l was able to have and appointment to see the dentist the same day l called on Monday. My replaced cap/crown was replaced and put in by the dentist today. This was all done within approximately a week time frame.

Doctor inactivated me due to disability reasons as well as discriminatory. It hasn't even been a full 24 hrs since I contacted the office before she did that! I called the office all to find that out. Needless to say I won't be returning to a doctor who doesn't listen to you and you've taken all their advice. The fact that she dropped me without any warning let's me know all I need to about this practice!

Do NOT go to this place! The people here are rude make up treatment that's not needed or true to get money out of you. I know this because I went to another dentist and they told me everything was good with me I just needed a cleaning. I'm
guessing because they got a new building they're trying to squeeze the money out of every patient. I also had an agreement with them saying that I was going to make my last payment on my next visit and they completely ignored that and sent the bill to collection. Whenever I call now they ignore my calls and don't want to talk to me because I had an argument with the unprofessional manager of this establishment. There's a reason why they have 2 stars on Yelp so AVOID this place!
