Waiting time is the worst in this office.. You wait forever and they don’t care… All they can do is change the time of appointment.. SERIOUSLY 😒… when you wait for and hour and a half respectfully.. they should respect your time too and do something about it.. not tell you to change the appointment to another date… When it comes to payments… they send you million bills asking for their money… they call forever to get their money… but when it comes to patient time they got nothing to do and can’t respect their time… Also if you call their phone forever they never answer their phone… the worst office ever… Oh and the appointment time changes… lets say you make an appointment at 9:00 am, they change it to 10:50 on their own… and you be surprised at arrival they changed your appointment time… The worst. Last but not least. They even change payment plans they give you… and all they say is oh sorry something wrong happened from our end and you still owe us $1000 dollars hahahaha very funny.

Just don't. I am completely done with this office. I am hoping my oral surgeon allows me to finish my process somewhere else since my materials have been sent to this location already. I started off with the dentist that this office took over for years ago. My dentist retired. In the beginning everything was good and over time things have progressively gotten worse. The professionalism of the office needs work. They don't answer the phones on purpose only to text. I watched for myself. I intentionally went to the office 45 mins before closing to drop off a mouth guard for repair and speak to someone. They locked the doors and I watched 4 people at the desk talking. I called while at the door for them not to answer and text. I had my suspicion about this before. When I called them out of on it through text while in the lot they didn't respond. I am currently reaching out to my insurance due to some comments I have recently read which confirms a billing issue I noticed. It's just sad. Loyal customers being treated this way. I question everything now. Completely sad.

I have needed a tooth pulled for the last two months and every attempt was unsuccessful. I was told I needed a surgeon but I have never been called. I can call the office and the receptionist is very rude or you are sent to a text message. I have sat in pain for weeks and they do not care!!
