Timber Dental is great! Every cleaning and procedure I've had there has been a good experience. Options are explained clearly; I've never felt like I was being upsold on unnecessary treatments and they're very thorough about checking insurance benefits and providing accurate estimates. Everyone including the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Their office follows strict COVID procedures; I'm immunocompromised and have felt very safe at my appointments. Such a kind staff! I’ve never had a less than fantastic experience here from entering the door to getting out of the chair. I waited a bit longer than “normal” (which I felt was still short compared to other offices) and everyone was so apologetic and just really cared about me and my time. Highly recommended, definitely my favorite dentist office I’ve been to.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I was hesitant to even schedule this visit despite the fact I hadn't been in almost three years. However, I immediately felt comfortable the second I walked through the door. The staff was fantastic and fun. We were able to joke and laugh, instantly putting me at ease. The Dr. actually listened to me when I said I was having pain and found the source after quite a few questions and a detailed exam of my teeth. This office gave me a change of heart and I will definitely be keeping up on my visits and cleanings now!

My first visit was amazing - besides everyone being friendly, patient, skilled at their work, and clearly explaining both pricing and procedures, they went above and beyond when the tire on my car blew in the parking lot and three people waited with me for almost 1.5 hours (after the office closed) in the rain to make sure I was safely on my way! Other staff offered to help as well, and it was clear that this is an office that values teamwork and cares about their community, vs just doing a job. I am so appreciative - thank you so much!!

Dr. Garcia's reputation was true. Actually listens, tells you about procedures in full details. Gives you his full attention and actually cares about your outcome. He found the problem with my teeth that my primary dentist didn't mention. I feel so much better. Thank you!!

Really great experience there. They got me in for a same day emergency appointment. Nice office, very modern, clean and efficient. Helpful and kind staff, wonderful dentist. Dr Kolander was soothing and patient and just all around great bedside manner.

The office is a nice and calm, but stylish design! Everyone there was incredibly kind and informative, the dentist is never a comfortable place to have to visit, but they were so pleasant to work with even though I was terrified of the procedure that needed to be done. I even went to the wrong office and still they found a way to take care of me that day and didn’t make me feel bad! They also offered clear options for financing, they made the process easy. I am happy to have a dentist I can trust and look forward to taking better care of my smile with their help.
