Got us in as a new patient within 2 days. Simple check up took 2 hours though. Didn't get called back until 35 min. after appointment time.
Follow up appointments for 2 weeks and 1 month out for cleaning.

The employees at the Aspen Dental in Roseburg, Oregon were very polite and attentive to my needs. Unfortunately for me, I can’t afford their services! I am in need of full dentures and only having an income from Social Security Disability of $837.00 a month puts their denture cost of $4,803.00 way out of my reach!

It was awsome! The staff were so friendly! I had 2 teeth pulled, NO DISCOMFORT at all! I usually get put to sleep when I go to the dentist, but not this time! I was even himminh while they pulled them. I highly.recomend them😀😘

I have had several problems with aspen. Lately they fixed a tooth which I paid for. It has hurt for three months.tried to get in for two months. Finally got an xray and antibiotic. They tried to charge for that. Finally got an apt.they wanted 250.00 to remove the tooth. I paid 230.00 to have it filled. I went in a few days ago and they agreed to not charge me the xray and removAL fee. This morning I get a bill for 277.00 WTH.

Gave 1 star because I had to. I believe my husband & I went to this dentist twice. Will never return. We were misled intentionally. Our bills are paid in full yet we continue to get paper bills and automated phone calls. Have to call every couple of months always get told we dont have a bill yet we are getting threatening letters & phone calls. DONT GO THERE!

I am a patient here, I did not have an appointment, I broke a tooth, they took me in as a walk in, did x-rays, had me come back 2 hours later, I was thrilled, they took out two teeth, it was my best experience having this done. I can't remember the Dentist name, she has red hair and started at this office in December, 2018. 👍👍👍👍👍

Wow did they mess up. Spoke to them twice on the phone to get prices and make an appointment for a friend who needed help.
Nice person gave me info and made an appointment for the same day. My friend drove 40 minutes to get there (15 minutes early as they requested) and they tell her she doesn't have an appointment and they can't see her with her broken tooth! BAD BAD BAD.
WASTED MY TIME WITH PHONE CALLS, MY FRIEND'S FUEL AND NEARLY 1 AND 1/2 HOURS OF DRIVING. NEVER AGAIN.
-Probably better off anyway. Seeing the place, it's basically a low cost mass volume clinic. If that's the way they treated my friend's appointment I'd hate to think how the work would have been handled.

Not a breastfeeding friendly environment at all.
Also, felt pushed in to doing financing and buying a "special" tooth brush. Very disappointed my dentist started working at Aspen Dental and will definitely be finding another dentist for me and my family.

I had to pay up front, I didn't know my dentist was no longer working there, the woman doing the cleaning seemed to be too quick (how well did my teeth get cleaned?) and then the dentist was two hours behind so I have to go back Monday to have the dental check I've already paid for. I will be looking for a different dentist, not with Aspen Dental.
