Can not get back in office to get problem taken care of . They do not care about you once they get the money! Too much red tape.Receptionist is of no help Broken lost filling they just fixed . Have to leave town family emergency.would like it looked at before I have to leave town.They will be happy to make appointment in 2to 3weeks out are come in and wait approx. 3 hrs we might get you in?????

First visit - supposed to be a simple exam. No actual Dental work was done. I was there over 2 hours. Staff did not seem to know how to use electronic system. I was inclined too far back in chair and left lying that way while the techs figured out how to enter info into the computer....then at the end, completely lost all of the notes and had to start over.
I went primarily to be examined for jaw pain/possible TMJ disorder due to pain and tinnitus....Dentist talked about relatives who had bugs in their ears that caused ticking????? WTH? Completely inefficient. Nice people, but I won't be going back.

I would really appreciate it if your office stopped flagging my Craigslist postings that I've put up over the last year. My posts are legal and legitimate, serving as a community service to warn others about the dangers of entering the doors of Aspen Dental. Your anger needs to be directed at your corp office, NOT me, the victim. You see, I have a tooth pain that is over a year old, and Aspen Dental still refuses to own up to their errors. My story can be read in detail at twothirtydentalcaution dot org, but to this office, PLEASE stop booting my announcements off CL; they have a purpose to help others. I'll merely continue to re-post, but thought I'd at least ask that you stop. Thank you.

I am definitely afraid of dentist but as soon as I walked in to Aspen Dental I felt at ease everyone was very friendly and answered any and all questions that I had they're working with me so that I can get the smile that I want without having to Fork out and arm and a leg in cost. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that I know.

Finaly got my dentures and the worste fitting false teeth in 20 years of wearing dentures i wish i would have went any wear BUT ASPEN. 6 months of wearing dentures aand still biting inside of my inside lips teeth rub gums and no releif. Im. Telling anybody and everybody NEVER GO TO ASPEN worste teeth ever thanks for nothing

Went in for an extraction. Staff was friendly, wait time was minimal, and both the dentist that did my initial consult and the one that removed the tooth were great.

I was able to get in for a first appointment the next day and even came back the same day for an appointment for work on my teeth. Very thorough with everything. Matt was a big help going over everything.

Aspen dental is the only place I will go to get dental work done from now on. They are so far superior over any dental office I have ever been to it's amazing. They are the Best.
