Very friendly staff while being understaffed. Awesome place.

If I could give them zero stars I would.

I made an appointment complaining about tooth pain that was keeping me up at night, an hour before my appointment they said they're xray machine was down and they would have to move my appointment to the next Monday. I asked if there was any way they could still see me and they said there was nothing they could do, so I made the appointment. The next day they called to move my appointment to the following Monday because they had over booked themselves. I said I cant wait I am in so much pain I can't eat. All she said is there is nothing I can do, do you want me to schedule that appointment or not.

I will be finding a new dentist who actually cares about their patients and will get them in when they are in pain.

Horrible, horrible service and I will never reccomend Aspen Dental to anyone.

I had a very pleasant experience the other day going to Aspen Dental for the first time. I didn't know what to expect but found that everyone in the office was very nice and made me feel comfortable to be there. It turned out I only needed a small filling and my teeth cleaned and I was fortunate enough that they had time to take care of both that day. The hygienist was very gentle and did a great cleaning. The dentist was also very nice and I didn't feel the shot at all. I will certainly recommend this office to my friends and family.

I was told by another dentist that I needed a root canal for $1400. I didn't have insurance so I came out of retirement and took a job so I could afford insurance. Aspen dental was the only one on the plan in my area. To my surprise I was told I did not need a root cancel at all. All I needed was to have the crown shaved down in spots that were hitting too hard. And I was not even charged for that procedure. I had a great oral exam all 1s and 2s and maybe a couple of 3s. The other dental hygienist at the other office said my gums were 3s and 4s and my gums were bleeding only because she was poking so hard. Aspen dental hygienist said I was taking very good care of my teeth. I scheduled a cleaning which was $5. I was walking on cloud 9 when I left there. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Roseburg, OR to everyone I know. Very very pleased with everything. The dentist and staff were great.

Dental care at Aspen is affordable. My Hygienist did a great job and made my visit pleasant. I usually have a different Hygienist each visit which is the only drawback to the dental group that I have experienced. They have always been prompt, friendly, and courteous.

Bought most expensive dentures, what a joke ! Have had nothing but problems! First they split in half, was told they had been made from faulty materials, so they made us BOTH new set...then my wife and I started loosing teeth, 3 times. Each time tooth lost, we had to find a Aspen dentist to get fixed. Never seen dentist, just told to drop off. Now we are in Nevada and no Aspen. Called office and now they tell me have to come in! Cant just send! We are done! Never again. Shabby work for sure.

My mother went to Aspen Dental to have dentures made for the first time. She is terrified to go to the dentist or even see a doctor. She hadn't seen a dentist for 18 years and was in really bad shape. We called for an appointment and Aspen Dental got her in that same day. They were very gentle and encouraging for her initial visit. When it came time for her to have her teeth pulled and dentures placed, everyone in the office was kind and reassuring... the office manager Cindy was amazing, Silvia and Jenny were like angels for her. The Dentist is like I have never seen. He was patient, he answered all of her questions, and he made sure she was comfortable through the entire visit. Thank You Aspen Dental for making this an easy decision. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Honestly we went there for years and their billing never made sense.... I often inquired after feeling like I was double billed and they usually couldn't explain what happened. Almost 2 years after our last visit I ended up with an unexplained almost $500 paid to my care credit from them. Was this a mistake from over billing me? Why did they find out almost 2 years late? How many other times was I ripped off and no one has discovered it??

The staff was extremely friendly and I was thankful to be seen quickly. I was told my visit would be free of charge. Unfortunately, I was informed at check out that I was being charged $92, because I’m pregnant and they were unable to do a full exam.

My advice is to let patients know before the exam that they will be being charged a fee. I will not be visiting Aspen Dental again.

Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out pretty quickly.
