This is the worst experience in my life dentist wise. They are cheaters! they made contracts with me at different lower price and then they charged me way more. They tell you this is natural and 2 year guarantee but after you go there and wait for your appointment, they say the dentist is very busy and that you will have to reschedule the appointment which is very inconvenient. On the website it says they will give you your full refund if the product such as dentures do not work for you, but in person they lie and they still charged me even though I was unsatisfied.

One of the worst experiences i have had through a dental office. The hygienist was very condescending and talking down to me like i was a child, refused to clean my teeth, which is what the appointment was for. I have never had to go to a dental office which has a financial advisor that you must check out with before you leave the office. The last visit i had they used latex gloves and it was clearly marked on my chart i have allergy to latex, took 2 days for my mouth to get back to normal due to the swelling, would not recommend this place to my worse enemy

The waiting period to see the dentist was overly long. It was more than 30 minutes after I had been x-rayed and spoken with the dental assistant before I was seen by the dentist. This was for the initial exam.

The results of my x-ray were never discussed. The dentist never introduced himself. His examination was cursory at best. He spent less than 10 minutes looking in my mouth.

The recommendations of the dentist were ignored by the dental technition, who suggested proceedures explicitly spoken against by the dentist who said, "Doing that will make matters worse and cause him pain."

It appeared to me that this clinic was run by the technicians and the office manager and not the dentist. The dentist seemed to be there to provide a professional licensed cover for the activities of the unlicensed staff.

This seems to be a franchise operation more interested in profits than patient care. Kind of a Taco Bell of dentistry.

I don't want to even give a star, but it is the only way to post a comment. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They are all about money, not helping you out of pain to get the problem fixed right away. Then you get an appointment set up and they want you to prepay for the visit, so you do that, then show up for the appointment a week later and get told "oh I'm sorry we don't have you on the schedule and the doctor is booked solid, we will have to re-schedule you". Why else would I show up if I did not have an appointment and one that was already paid for? What a rip off!! Very discouraged. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff at aspen dental and the speed they get you seen and out of pain is phenomenal. Very nice staff. The only problem I had was when I got my extraction done. I have had many teeth pulled and this was my worst one. The dentist was not very gentle when doing my extraction, I had to be numbed 4 times, and I still felt some of the pain. I have never been poked and prodded so many times with 1 extraction. The dentist was very nice and knowledgeable about teeth but not the nicest when pulling them. Yes I would go back to get work done but just not to get a tooth extracted.

I couldn't be more happy. The staff is great. Professional, caring, and super efficient. Got a partial denture from them 4 years ago and super happy with it. Broke a tooth the other day and they got me right in. They quickly evaluated what needed to be done and I was scheduled for the soonest possible appointment.

I was referred to Aspen because I have excrutiating pain and extraction is needed but I also need a partial in place of the gap that would be left where the extraction is needed. I called to make an emergency appointment and customer service told me that yes, Aspen takes emergency patients and I got a prompt appointment. When I was seen first by the x-ray tech I immediately told her of my pain and I was taking over the counter medications too often to keep my pain managed. This apparently wasn't passed on to the doctor or dental hygenist, instead I got a rundown of everything wrong in my mouth that needed fixed at a very expensive amount and I had the Dental Hygeinist poking around in my mouth where I was hurting the most and her prodding on me put me in more pain. The Dental Hygeinist then quit and said that she can't help me and that I nwed a peridontist because of the amount of pain, but a cleaning was not my issue nor what I was there for and at no time was she told I was there for emergency not as a new patient wanting to spend thousands of dollars. I then told the person who took my x-rays that I didn't need all that extra treatment and that I called in as an emergency patient and I just want my pain stopped. She told me I was in the system as a new patient and it was procedure to go through all of that with everyone. Then the doctor came back in and started goung over a long term plan for me and I told him again that I am there for pain right now and to address my pain. He came up with a solution and sent me to the financial department to go over payment. I told the woman in the financial business department that I felt nobody there cared to address my pain issue and I felt all they wanted was to know how much money they would all make from me. In the end I do have an appointment in the morning to address my pain with a $2000 price tag attached to it that has to be paid in full before they will touch me. Needless to say, I won't be returning after tomorrow's procedure and I am highly disappointed in the lack of compassion about pain vs money.

The front desk staff were friendly. A dental hygienist took me back to get an X-ray of a crown that was bothering me. I could tell she was in a hurry, she forgot to put the lead jacket on me and proceeded with my X-ray. As a fellow professional I understand the work environment can get stressful and hectic, however it is the employees duty to take upmost responsibility for the patient and their safety regardless of patient volumes. The dentist was warm and friendly.

Generally everyone is super nice! However i came in because i had an infection that was causing me pain. The doctor had mentioned giving me an oral antiseptic thing to help get rid of the infection, they forgot and i forgot by the time we talked numbers for my next appointment. 😳 so today i woke up and could barely open my mouth and i felt like i was dying so. I went to mercy and got antibiotics and then went to willamette dental 😍 they were on point! Way cleaner and a way more professional environment. Plus to get my cleaning after insurance was only 15$ for the appointment and my fillings will be the same 😍 for cleanings and fillings aspen wanted to charge me like almost 3000$ and thats with a 500$ discount.

Also there was some random grossness on their untensil hose. 😫

After my visit. I was handed paperwork to turn in my own insurance claim. They demanded full payment and I was told to fill out these papers an apply for a refund from the insurance company and that they no longer provide that service. I do not know who set these policies but this is a good way to run off customers. I always thought of dentists as being professional. This office is not.
