I felt some racism from the front desk girl, so I left without being seen... First, she gave me attitude for being two minutes late, and they made me wait 30 minutes. Then she told me that my first consult will cost $250 because I have insurance... Their ad says first consultation free, but doesn't mention that it's only for people w/o insurance. The cost wasn't the problem, it's how she yelled it across the room so everyone could hear my business, also with a condescending tone like I don't have $250. Although, she was friendly to all the other white people... Maybe because I'm Korean? Well, don't use this clinic if you're not white cause they'll treat you with disrespect... I wish people weren't so racist here... Sad

If a well established patient wants to pay at the end of the visit they should be allowed to. That discussion took place right in the reception area where everyone could hear and I don't appreciate it at all. I knew I was going to need more work done and wanted to be able to put it all in a payment plan. At the very least I could have been referred to the finance person right away. Everything else went very well. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could be with someone poking at your teeth can be. The finance person did an excellent job of showing all the options for payment. Had I been able to put that initial amount or a portion of it on the payment plan it would have reduced the financial burden even more.

I just wanted to have an extraction of the tooth . they confirmed my appointment the day before visit. but at last moment the called and they rescheduled me. each time I suffered for toothache more and my husband should take leave from the job. my impression is(putting new patient with higher income for dentist is better than 100 $ extraction tooth)

Couldn't get into my usual dentist for treatment of an infection and root canal. Complicated by it needing done through a crown. Because it was a back molar, decision was made to extract the tooth. I was seen on time and Dr. Ho was excellent in her work. Friendly and made it much easier to relax and get it over with. Unless I have an emergency, I'll likely not go back since I have an established dentist for my dental care. I wouldn't hesitate, though, if I did need to go.

My name is James Hardung and I would like to say that Aspen Dental was a pleasure to visit for my much needed dental work. They were caring, professional, ready to listen and explained in detail my future dental plan and also helped me find a workable financial solution to complete my dental needs! Thank you and looking forward to a great dental experience.

Obviously all these five stars are freaking fake.

Rip off! If you have insurance - it's not a free dental exam, they charge you without telling you. Oh! And their dental "payment plan" is a credit card, but they don't tell you that and they don't give you any information on it. They also charged the credit card for stuff that they hadn't even done yet. They just decided that since we had another appointment to go ahead and put it on there. An expensive mistake, and lesson learned.

Verified that my wife needed a cap but didn't take care of it. Instead they said she should have teeth pulled (including good ones)and get dentures. Cost $2500. All she needed was a tooth caped. I'll never take her back

I felt comfortable from the receptionist to the office manager and everyone in between. My greatest surprise was how my financial requirements were considered and adjustments were made that allowed me to get the necessary work done. I have confidence that I will be well taken care of and I am looking forward to a pleasant experience.

These people are one of a kind!! I have the absolute fear of dentist, explains why at 46 yr old woman iv just had all my teeth pulled (as of Tuesday jan.5th 2021) aspen made my dentures the top fit awesome!! The lower were loose due to I had to have my jaw shaved down..not Aspens fault!..They have been sooo loving & caring in my fear & questions....😇😇 Im still going thru process...going in Jan.13 for soft relign...😊😊😊 I will keep this updated..They truely are angels & amazing...I really wish I could have met them 15 yrs ago...I NEVER would have had the fear of dentist that I had!!!
THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL

The dental staff all but the Office Manager and Desk Clerks were professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The Office Manager, or the individual that meets patients after a checkup, insisted I have extra care items I did not need. Items that would not be covered by Insurance of course. They were more interested in wringing money out of patients and were not invested in the patients care in my opinion. My wife visited for a new patient appointment days after mine and had an even worse experience where they wouldn't replace fillings without a series of appointments for unnecessary cleaning. I'm taking my Dental care needs to Eugene somewhere. I have a feeling Aspen Dental will bleed me dry.
