Poor experience with the Office Mgr Nathaniel. He makes promises and does not keep them for call backs. He messed up my cleaning appointment with my son's and I did not get a full cleaning, they ran out of time. He was suppose to contact my previous DDS in CA for records, which he did not and then tried to tell me it was my responsibility even though I signed the release form, which they later could not locate. After complaining to their district or regional manager, someone else in the office took care of it. On a later visit, I advised him my previous DDS refunded for a crown and they needed to look into refunding my prepayment for a crown that the insurance was not going to cover, now that it was to be refunded they should cover it. Again he did not call me like promised. When I asked why not, he tried to throw it back at me again and say it's my responsibility to take care of the insurance, what the heck?? I will continue for now as I liked the DDS and rest of the office staff. If they don't do something about him, I will have to locate another DDS when my current work is complete. Their rates are very high also.

1st visit went fine. Office desk clerks were rude, and they made me wait while they chatted without greeting me.
However, I stopped going here after 3 visits because they double book people, reschedule appointments without your input and try to get you to pay up front for your next visit. When they double booked me, they made me wait in the dentist chair for 45 minutes after already waiting in the lobby while they cleaned someone else first. Then, on my next visit they did the same thing in the middle of cleaning to deal with another patient. I was pregnant and they tried to convince me that I needed more xrays than the 3 I already got because it wasn't enough to get a "clear picture" since the last visit. Afterwards, they sat me in a room and tried to convince me to pay for my next screening ahead of time just in case my insurance didn't cover it. My insurance is great, never had a problem, except with these people. I told them no, and went home without scheduling for the next appointment. I really don't appreciate their treating people like pay checks instead of customers. I will never go back there again.

Everyone was very friendly. I really like the Dentist that I will be working with. The reason I did not give 5 stars, was because the wait time. Appointment at 5:15p, arrived a little before 5 for any paperwork (which I had already printed and completed), called back after 6p. Done a little after 7p, then waited till almost 8p to get with office manager about care plan and billing. Didn't leave until 8:30ish. Maybe book less appointments to manage time better and let new clients know ahead of time it could be up to 4 hours for first appointment. I have a couple of months worth of work to get done, hopefully those appointments will have better time management. Over all the staff was very pleasant, apologetic about wait time and the facility was inviting.

The staff seem extremely rude and uncaring. They even SHOVED a mold in my girlfriends mouth instead of getting a different size! They deserve to be sued!!!! ALSO they made us wait a minimum of 60 minutes in the dental chair and said “a staff member will be back with you soon to schedule your next appointment” a full hour later we finally found a staff member come back to schedule the next appointment. As we heard them chatting and talking with each other instead of helping their clients.

If you like bad service, waiting for long periods of time and having a horrible experience, this is the place to go!

The only decent human being there was the manager.

The person I knew is awesome in there and so is everyone else I assume. The fiance lady kinda seemed like I should have all this money, knowing I came in there with no dental insurance. Which is no fault but my own, but she wasn't very explanational or helpful to me, which makes me actually dispise places. I just felt like she should of been more considerate. Other then that, it's whatever.

My initial visit I had no issues but due to it being after business hours,I was told by the office manager that he would call with an insurance estimate the next day. The next day came and went without a follow up call. The second day about 3:30pm I decided to follow up with them. They informed me I had no dental insurance. Upon my disagreeing it was discovers they were attemping to contact my medical insurance (despite my having told them and written in the intake form my dental info) instead of my dental carrier. Then I was told they would call me back in "about 5 minutes" with a correct quote after calling the correct insurance. I never heard back that evening. The next day I received a message about 2pm and I called them back on my work break about 4. I spoke with Nathaniel, who quoted me over 350$ to clean my teeth, fix a filling, and place a new one. I stated I knew my insurance covered cleaning 100 percent, and that seemed like a pretty steep co-pay for the work I needed. He than said "the office girls" who had entered my info had done so incorrectly, recalculated it and quoted me about $170. I expressed to him that I was less than impressed with my experience, that I feared if I had not followed up with him that I never would have heard back from him about the work I needed. He became very defensive about his actions and adamantly disagreed. As someone also in a medical profession I can understand the trials of being overwhelmed with work but I also understand the importance of at least apologizing for failed promises and expectations. I will continue with my current appointment to fix my filling, but my next cleaning, as that of my husband's and children, I will find somewhere else to go.

So my wife got her lip and tongue cut pretty badly by the dentist and after he did it disappeared to go help another patient. In the meantime she bled so much that the assistant had to call him back to ask what to do because she could not stop the bleeding. They had to use a coagulant and the dentist eventually put a stitch in her lip and disappeared again and was not seen the rest of the appointment. He did yell "tell her I'll pay for half her crown out of my own pocket" from elsewhere in the office. The assistant ended up putting the temporary crown on. The temporary crown does not cover the tooth so she has extreme sensitivity until she can get the actual crown on. Oh, and they built the temporary up too high so she can't shut her mouth all the way. She went into another dentist that same day and he confirmed what we already knew, they butchered the procedure. He cant do anything to fix it until next week because her mouth was too torn up to touch. My wife was so upset from the whole experience that I had to go pick her up. They offered to pay for her whole procedure but the experience was so bad that we would rather pay full price elsewhere. They are overbooked, under skilled and indifferent. I wish I had 2 more arms so I can give them four thumbs DOWN!!!

I am very impressed with the office, the staff (I believe Angie was my dental assistant), and especially Dr. McKee. They were very thorough, gentle, and professional. Also, Nathaniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the financial end.
All in all, their reputation preceded them and exceeded my expectations! Thank you Aspen!

The employees were kind and extremely knowledgeable. There was very little waiting for my appointment. They were patient in answering my questions and explaining what my needs were. Accounting department was very thorough with going through the bill and what my options were, with how to set up a payment plan.
