I would give them zero stars if I could. The front desk has poor work ethic and they don't follow through with what they say at all. I had called them 6 times to get my teeth cleaned and have some cavities filled. Each time I called, the answer was always the same. We need to call your insurance company and we will give you a call back by end of day. 6 times and they never called me back! I had to follow-up the next day with the results still the same. Wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. The front desk manager (Evan) also has a terrible attitude. It's quite evident he doesn't care too much for his job.

Nightmare experience. Had a great first visit, went in to have a tooth extracted, they said I needed a cleaning first. Paid $900 for cleaning over two appointments. Went in for an extraction, and they instead wanted me to pay $900 for another cleaning. I was in tremendous pain, told the secretary I already had the cleaning and I really needed the tooth removed. Got allot of attitude, then when I told her I would not pay for another cleaning and left upset about the situation, the secretary called cps and filed a complaint against me?! Wow. Got the tooth extraction at Harvard dental for less money and certainly less drama. I wouldn't recommend going to Aspen dental after the experience I had.

I arrived, filled out the documents, and they told me, I couldn't have my appointment due to their surgery schedule timing. Why couldn't they tell me earlier or before I left my house.
Thanks for wasting my time and energy Aspen, Zero stars 000.

I originally came to Aspen Dental (Roseburg) after breaking one of my wisdom teeth and figuring it needed to be removed. As of yesterday, I have not been through my appointments with them (wisdom extraction, dental cleaning, cavity filling). I have had zero issues with them. The extraction (never having had one before) was what worried me the most, but the process was quick and simple (and no complications during the healing process). The cleaning and the cavity visits were not an issue at all. Overall, I had no issues with any of the staff I interacted with (a lot of them I talked to mindlessly about random things while waiting). Best that I can say is that after my appointments were done, I was more than willing to schedule out my next routine cleaning in the future with them (so I will keep going to them).

The people were very nice at Aspen Dental but I was surprised to find that I had to pay ahead of time for any work to be done. Never saw the Dental hygienist personally but they found that I had gentavitis when I Never had it before. This is only the first visit so we'll see how it goes.

Aspen Dental, Is most unprofessional person at their front desk I have ever dealt with, He was very rude After sitting for a 1/2 hour I went And asked him I've been here since 8 when will I get to go back, He said that's how it is they'll see me when they Have time. Then he said why don't we just reschedule you I said no thanks And left. And I won't tell you what else happened, There's enough wrong in the world today. I am posting this because this was my husband's experience. I scheduled him there because I went to the one in Eugene and had a wonderful experience. My bad just because the company is the same doesn't mean the service is.

I have significant dental anxiety which stops me from going to the dentist as regularly as I should. When i called Aspen dental to schedule an appointment for myself and explained my situation, they were supportive kind and went over and beyond in their efforts to make it a comfortable experience. It started the moment I spoke to the lady on phone and continued till the end of my sessions. They were great in getting me appointments that suit my work schedule and no spread out a lot. I still have some appointments left and i am sure they will be wonderful.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The staff was friendly and informative on all accounts. Special shout out to the finance manager who took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Roseburg, OR.

The staff at Aspen dental are friendly and helpful. I am a new patient to them and they took the time to explain everything to me. They help me work out a plan that suits my needs and a plan to make payments that works for me. The staff in the Roseburg office has been really been good to me and I will recommend them.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! She tried to do xrays and I had them 5 months ago. I would have been charged out of pocket later. Then she was extremely rough with my mouth, I grimaced and she asked if it hurt, instead of being more gentle she asked if I wanted to stop. Then the salesman pitch for mechanical toothbrush and prescription toothpaste. I told her it was gross and I didn’t want it. She said we needed to get a grip on my gum disease because I was “bleeding all over”. I’m bleeding because you were unnecessarily rough. I think it’s hard to gauge because she was standing to do my cleaning, I’ve never had anyone stand. She kept saying “who told you that”, the last hygienist and it’s in the record! I told her some history and she changed it like I didn’t know what I was saying, why my back tooth was the way it was. I haven’t had a cavity since I was 15 years old! I haven’t had the same doctor or hygienist ever, it’s just a rotation of staff from other locations. She also said I had to come in 3 times a year and that one visit would be out of pocket. When I left she told me to have a seat and then I could “square up my account”. The lady at the desk, which was different then check in, was arguing with a patient about a bill telling her that “she’d explained it the best she could” and she wasn’t getting it so she would have the office manager call her. The patient in front of her was complaining that he needed a reimbursement so he could get his tooth fixed somewhere else. After all that and waiting 15 minutes to check out, I approached the desk to ask if I needed to check out. She said “I don’t know, I don’t work up here”. I told her they could bill me and walked out. They had already charged me a copay when I came in. I’m switching dentists now! I’m done!
