I had a great experience with Aspen Dental. I am sorry that I did not choose them first. I had to go to another dental office first and get a poor quality denture. I am glad that I was able to go to them snd have them take care of my dental needs.

Had appointment @ 7:00 am. Need hard alignment on uppers & lowers. 1st was told couldn't do it that day, then was told they could, however, needed my temps because I WILL NOT go without teeth! So was scheduled 05 March @ 8 am & 4 pm, yet STILL was charged for office visit that NOTHING was done. So much for Aspen Dental's "satisfaction guarantee"! They KNEW a year ago that my uppers & lowers DID NOT fit correctly!

I hadn't been to the dentist in years so I knew I was going to need an extensive cleaning. Was a little worried about the pain of digging out all the tarter & thought they would need a jack hammer to get it done. Amy was very good at making sure I was comfortable & the experience I had was so much better than I have had at other dentist.

Aspen Dental Roseburg, OR: The insurance claims are a joke. I had a procedure done-that dentist retired the same day. My claim was sent and the insurance company wanted a narrative for the procedure.I guess that dentist did not write up notes. After many calls, going in person and a letter to them letting them know they just need a narrative to my insurance-I get a bill. They never sent it to my insurance. I'm worn down in trying,probably what they wanted. You win, I'll pay and not use your services.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had, the guy at the front needs to learn manors, and how to talk to patients and how to say things without making us feel like we are interrupting him. Like saying that's how it is so maybe we should reschedule you. So I left

Even though the end result would be an extraction, which no one really wants, the experience was great. It was my first visit to Aspen Dental but Everyone there made an excellent impression on me. Thank you and I am hoping to come back to finish all the dental work I need in the future.

Made an appointment for an emergency tooth extraction. When I arrived, they were too overbooked with appointments to give customers the attention they needed. I went for an emergency extraction and left with a consultation to fix my mouth, and no tooth extracted. I was told they were too busy to extract my tooth that day but they certainly could work up this crazy estimate. Also, from my observation, patients were getting scheduled for the wrong doctor and turned away with a new appointment time. I went to a dentist in pain, I left I worse pain! Thanks for a whole lotta nothin guys.

OMG! This dentist is amazing! I recently had my crown fixed, for the 3rd time, obviously 2 other dentists did the first two crowns, & I wish he would have done it the 1st time. I haven't felt a tooth feel like this since my real one. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone & I'm sorry to be moving. I would absolutely consider driving the 8 hour trip, just to have him do any work I need in the future.

Horrible experience every time I have gone...
First time, the man schedulin me said that I could bring my son with me, because wasnt able to find a sitter.. he said he could play on a tablet... when we got there, the other lady said no and made me reschedule... then, once rescheduled, the doc refused to fix my worst tooth, and in stead did one that wasn't even bothering me... mind you, my bad tooth was causing me horrible pain... then at my next appointment, it was a new doc, and HE ALSO fixed a different one, and left my bad one! Finally last appointment, I saw, again, a different dic, he finally fixed my bad one... then, I got a HUGE bill, which, I had already paid for EVERYTHING upfront!! So why the bill!!!????? 800 more than they said! Nope, never going back!

Went to have dentures adjusted. Been hurting for about a month. Called and got next day appointment and they fixed them. Went home and tho my gums were still sore the dentures seemed to stay better. The next day my gums were no longer bothering me and my dentures didn’t move around and irate my mouth anymore. Thank you!
