Aspen Dental

I am a 65 year old woman and felt it was time to take the plunge and get my dental work done. I went to Aspen Dental upon a referal of a friend who had been there and in general was happy with the service. When I arrived the young lady who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions and didnt hesitate to explain the process for my first appointment. I believe her name was Amber. I only waited about 10 minutes after the young lady took my papers to the back. The assistant did my xrays and prepared me for the dentist. As I waited to be seen by the dentist, I believe her name is dr sara, i overheard the manager and assistant talking. i was absolutely appalled by what I was hearing. They were basically putting down and talking horribly about the young lady who works in the front. I could absolutely not believe the unproffesionalism from a manager and assistant towards a co-worker. After i was put in a room with the manger who i learned was Cindy. She discussed w/me as i dont have insurance and she assured me we could do payment options. I considered possibly returning because the facility was nice and the first impression from the first employee i met when i walked through the door was great, but after what i witnessed while waiting for the dentist i decided to go with another dentist office. If the management can be that caddy and unproffessional about the people who work for them then there is no gaurantee that they have my best interest in mind. if your looking for a nice facility and good first impression then go for it. But i was discusted by the way those 2 women behaved. I still think about the young lady up front and wonder how she manages to work in that environment. Proffessionalism and ethics should always come first.

Dr. Randol and his assistant Suzan have changed my life and given me a reason to smile again. They took extra great care of me and made sure I was always comfortable and informed of everything that was going on. The office staff were very helpful and courteous as well. Thank you Dr. Randol and Suzan so very much for giving me a reason to smile!!!

Dr. Was nice but the exray tec was rude and rough. Lacked people skills and technical skills. But worst was being told on the phone that the first visit was free and crowns would be under $1000. We call that bait and switch!

Dr. Freiss was just what the I needed. He knew exactly what to do. I had been to another dentist 2 days previous who wanted to "clip" off my swollen gum. Dr. Freiss knew what to do immediately which matched up with what was going on in my mouth for sometime. Cost: well to me it was much more expensive than I imagined but they took me in without an appointment and he took his time making sure the correction to the problem was resolved. I'm very satisfied.

Great experience!! I had an emergency situation and they got me in within a couple hours and the staff and dentist were phenomenal!! Made me feel at ease through the whole process.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was very disappointed that they didn't tell me that the surgeon was out for 2 weeks, if they had told me I would have gone elsewhere to have a bad tooth pulled.

The dentist's office will always be the dentist's office. But sometimes, on rare occasion, you find yourself amazed at the quality of care you receive.

This was my experience at Aspen Dental in Roseburg OR, specifically with a hygienist named Sheila Braack. This review is a pleasure to write, because she is amazing. She is skilled, confident, instructional, and epitomizes what a perfect hygienist should be. She does her work with great care and efficiency, and believe me, your mouth will agree with you.

To find someone that is very aware of you as a patient, and who is also professional enough to do her work with excellence while keeping an eye out for how you're doing in the chair, is truly rare.

This lady is good!

Very curtious professional and friendly. I was concerned because of my financial situation and the set me at ease immediatly. Such a good experience. I can't remember the young mans name in the finance department but he really helped me and the lady who cleaned my teeth was wonderful. Everybody was! Thank you all!

Everyone at Aspen Dental is very friendly. It is nice to be able to schedule an appointment out side regular business hours. Very easy to work with.
