BHPD has a very friendly staff. Always feel welcomed there. My children have always been treated with kindness. Staff is professional and my kids aren’t afraid of the dentist!

We elect to take a more natural approach of care for our girls and did not feel supported by their staff. I feel there is excessive use of x-rays and a push for costly procedures. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for our family.

We have been going here for three years, the staff is amazing, however they are never prepared. It doesn’t matter if you are early or on time, we usually have to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time.

Great patient care. Great communication. Had to wait almost an hour past my son's appointment for him to be taken in. That was for only one appointment, things happen. Very happy with their services.

I would highly recommend this dentist. Dr. Donhiser was fantastic. We travel full time and our daughter woke up with a toothache. We were nervous about seeing a dentist on the road and out of desperation called this office. They saw us that morning and fixed her tooth right up. The staff was very friendly and was sympathetic to our situation. We were leaving the next morning and they made sure our daughter got treatment that day. I only wish this office was in Atlanta.

All of the staff were very nice. However, their policy on not allowing parents in with children is really interesting and it made our family uncomfortable. We will not be returning due to this outrageous rule.

had been going to for kids for several years and all the sudden said my 7 yr old needed 8 crowns, from last apt saying 0 cavities, refused to let me see xrays, and demanded i schedule, took to another dentist and they showed xrays 1 minor cavity,,, can you say insurance FRAUD
