They were really great with my son being that it was his first time at this dentist. He isn't very good with change so it was nice that they were able to make him feel comfortable.

NOT SAFE. You don't willingly send your kid back with strangers, so we didn't. My husband went back with him much to their disapproval. No safety consideration from staff. Doctor was a jerk, nurses were uneducated rips. Only used them because we were referred and there was no other option with our kids condition. They pride themselves on being kid friendly but are so far from that it's ridiculous. Wish there was a better option. GO ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE. Manager ended up coming down and was no help. But they have no reason to improve because people keep coming there. DISGUSTING

The office was set up for social distancing which made me feel comfortable. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My child had her dental needs met and seem very happy about being there. All in all it was a very good visit.

They were very kind and helpful, encouraged our kids to come back to the exam room independently instead of with a parent after they turned 3, and explained all necessary work before beginning anything. They, like most other dental offices, required payment up front and were able to accept our insurance (Delta Dental) with no issues whatsoever. We used BH Pediatric Dentistry for all 3 of our kids before moving to a different state.

My daughters first time visiting the adolescent clinic and she gave it a good review and told me that she would be ok with going back the next time. For me, the staff was friendly, discrete, and helpful. Nice atmosphere, on-time appointment, and friendly, helpful staff.

This was my sons first visit and they did so well. The dr. Was very thorough in teaching and he made it comfortable for him. Santa was also hanging out and he gave the children a gift. Happy holidays!

From the moment we walked in we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff was prompt and professional.
Next we were interviewed by a young lady who made sure both me and my daughter understood everything that was going to happen, Then we talked again after my daughter seen the dentist. Again we were treated with respect and courteousy by the same young lady who explained what was discovered and what was going to happen on the next visit. We then talked to another of the staff set up the next scheduled appointment and was politely asked weather we wanted early or late appt since we drive 2hrs.It was appreciated that we were given a option we choose in the morning and thank you for asking.I asked my daughter what she thought about the staff and how she would rate them from 1 to 10. My daughter said a 10 and 2 thumbs up.Thank you
