Super friendly staff and very clean. I wish they would have given us a tour prior to the appointment. It was our first time there and I didn't know parent's were not allowed in the exam room. I was uncomfortable letting my 3yo go into the exam room alone with a stranger. The Dr did the exam in the pre-exam room, then the assistant took us on a tour. Once I saw it was an open area I felt much better about letting my child go in without me. it was set up so nice and relaxing; everything was kid-sized.

The staff here was so great with my daughter. She is 6yrs old and very scared of new things. They gave her a tour, worked with her, and by the time we were finished, she got further in that one visit than we have ever gotten. I would so recommend this place to anyone. Even though it takes over 2 hours to just get there, I will still keep going!

This office refuses to allow you to be with your child while they are working. My 11 year old was worked up into hysteria, because they didn't listen to my concerns or allow me to be with her. I do not approve of any adults, unrelated to my children, to be a private room behind closed doors without me.

My son has autism and they were very warm and welcoming. My son responded better than any other provider of the past! I feel like he was more comfortable and more responsive to the staff! As a mother, this made me feel like I can trust them! I wish I came sooner! Thank you providing a great experience for me and my family!

I highly recommend, Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry to anyone needing dental work. From arrival to departure, our experience was a great one! We were greeted with a smile, the atmosphere is calming and peaceful. Our wait time was less than 15 mins. When my son was finished with his appointment, the nurse took me aside and clearly explained what was done and what needs to be done. My son is very hesitant about the dentist and I have to give it to the Drs. and staff! He was so calm and not anxious at all. They made him comfortable from start to finish and he let me know of his awesome experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at BHPD!

BHPD is fantastic, my children feel safe and comfortable going to the dentist. I love that they go back by themselves letting them build confidence in themselves and their ability to care for themselves! They know I am right there for any reason, but they get to practice. You know it's a great experience when your child says Mom when I grow up I want to be a dentist!

Took my son in today and he had a great time. He said he was nervous but you could tell right away that once you stepped through the doors it was a positive environment. The staff were professional and polite. My son feels he is in trustworthy hands and that is all the matters. Thank you for taking care of his teeth. You guys were amazing!
