Our son has fallen 3x on his front teeth, this third time causing one of the central incisors to break and the other to loosen, so we had to make the decision to remove them. Dr. Jobman made me feel so comfortable and I trusted she would take care of my little boy! She understands that kids will be kids. As a parent already feeling guilty and sad she was very reassuring that everything was going to be just fine. Great place to take your children.

My six year old daughter had to have extensive oral surgery done, and the staff was so friendly and helpful and really helped my daughter to have the best possible care and I was informed every step during her surgery. Her dentist is wonderful with her explanations and her general care. They have exceeded my expectations and will continue to have my daughter in their care.

Normally I have had really good experience every time I brought my kids here. This last time I waited over an hour past my kids appointments before they got called back. No mention of running late, no apology. As a working parent I cannot take off the entire afternoon to sit in a waiting room just for a scheduled teeth cleaning.

5 stars. Every single time. Definitely recommend. This place is absolutely wonderful! My children love coming to the dentist, thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry! We have been coming here for years. Today, my daughter fell at school and broke a front tooth. I called and was told that they would be happy to see her asap in order to evaluate the damage and establish a treatment plan. The incredible staff even worked through their lunches to treat my daughter. I am so grateful. They are all absolutely amazing. Thank you!

Well last time we had went, I think they were short handed, but they made me feel unwelcomed, weren't very friendly and rushed us out of there. This time everyone was very welcoming, very friendly, professional, kind. All assistants were super friendly and helpful, and Dr.Stephany Liu was very good with both my kid's. She was very kind and caring and neither of my kid's we're scared of her. Thank you so much for a really great experience.

The front desk staff is very unfriendly and makes you feel very unwelcome when first entering the building. It also seems like everytime we have an appointment scheduled we end up waiting for 15 to 20 minutes before we are seen. The dentist's and dental hygienists are pretty good with my children but they do have a hard time respecting certain things our family believes and end up trying to force unnecessary procedures onto us. A certain male dentist also needs to update his education on breastfeeding children and how it effects their teeth. Its 2020! Make an effort to keep up with current medical information. If you want mediocre dental care and unfriendly staff this place is for you!

Excellent experience as always! Went in thinking part of my daughters had broken and fallen out. It just didn't grow in all the way yet. They put me at ease and didn't make me feel silly at all for going in unnecessarily :-) My daughter was telling me on the way home how much she loves it there and how nice and fun they are. Absolutely worth the 45 mile drive we do to get there.
