My 7yo HAD to get silver crowns because she was getting small cavities between her teeth (so they say). The crowns caused her more pain then if we would've went without as they would fall out around 9 or 10 year of age. They never did check on how she was doing still to this day. We had to take her else where to get them fixed. I feel terrible having her go through all that. Looking around In the waiting room every kid has silver teeth. Its almost like they think every kid on Medicaid needs silver teeth because they are not paying for it.

The prompt and courteous staff are masters of their discipline. With so many kids to see, it's no small feat, but they handle it well. We have always enjoyed the great care and professional services afforded to our children. Keep it up BHPeds.

Very friendly staff, they answered all the our questions & concerns no matter how random we asked. My son wasn't uncomfortable at all & was only hating it for a moment but other than that he enjoyed the little gifts. I highly recommend BHPD! So glad they take Medicaid.

Always kind and respectful staff and they make the kids feel comfortable and welcomed. Been going here for 8 years. My kids enjoy the take home bags they receive when they leave, makes them excited to keep brushing their teeth. Thank you for making my children feel welcomed every time they visit.

I would want to be asked if I want to go back with my child instead of not really having a choice. Being a pediatric dentistry and only being open during school hours is kind of ridiculous!! Other than those things, the staff was pleasant. I'm not sure about the actual dentist because I didnt meet him/her. This was my first time going there and you would think I would have met him/her.

I love that we got to meet back up with an awesome, kind, caring and patient Ms. Tayler. She assisted with my 2 year old daughter Gracie when she got her 4 teeth taken out. She helped take the nervousness away and truly showed concern for my child thru out her whole visit. I also thank the dentist was remarkably great he wasnt shy to set me straight on giving proper care and ways to help prevent loosing anymore teeth. All in all I was treated like family. I have brought 2 of my children here as well as my nephew and look forward to bring my youngest 2 here also. Thank you

They have been my go to for my children's dental check ups, emergencies, and surgeries going on 9 years now. I would highly recommend, because they are so informative on what they're doing during the check ups and are very friendly with children, also very understanding as well.

We had a wonderful visit. The staff was very understanding of my child's unexpected fear and handled her with patience. We are self-pay, and I felt for the level of expertise the price was more than fair. We scheduled the next visit on the spot.
