This was my daughter's first visit at BH Pediatric Dentistry. The office staff were polite and respectful. Dr. Williams was great and did a wonderful job explaining concerns about my daughter's teeth so I could understand. My daughter was smiling and cooperated well with the office staff & said she liked it there.

We love this place, been taking my kids here for 10 years. Staff is amazing, they do amazing at getting my 2 kids in at the same times so i don't have to make separate trips, the kids are comfortable going back alone, we've never once had any problems or felt we weren't informed of what's happening. I recommend them to everyone that asks me and has kids.

My daughter has never had any fear going here. Everyone has always been very nice. My only complaint would be that I have never met the dentist. The assistant comes out to get my daughter and then brings her back when they are done. Even when she had a tooth pulled, an assistant came out to tell me what they needed to do. My daughter has gone there for 2 years and I have never met an actual dentist there.

Our experience was great. My child was comfortable with the friendly staff and they were very thorough in their evaluation and treatment plan. When I had a few questions the Doctor herself came and answered them personally.

I have been bringing my daughter to Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry for over ten years. The staff is very kind and caring. My daughter is not afraid of going to the Dentist because they take the time to make her feel comfortable before they start any procedure. She has had cleanings, crowns placed, and restorations. She has not complained of having any of those procedures done because she knows they will take good care of her during the procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I would not recommend this practice. My wife took our 3yo there about 6mo ago and had to wait over an hour after her scheduled apt. Running behind in a facility like this is common and we wanted to give them a second chance. But after our second apt today we won't be going back. I took my 3yo in this time. Got in pretty fast but felt really rushed. The doc did not explain anything she was doing to me or my child and was running though the checkup so fast I didn't have time to ask any questions about what she was doing to my kid. Her records show special instructions which were NOT followed which I could have caught if the doc was actually communicating. Wife called in to lodge a complaint but was put on hold for some while they figured out who she was suppose to talk to and was then disconnected. To their credit they called back to hear the complaint and apologize. But they is as far as it has gone so far...

We fully recommend Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry to everyone looking for a high quality care at a decent price in a fun and friendly environment. The staff are amazing, the dentists will take time to answer questions and address them. I did not want any X-rays done at the visit and they moved ahead with the appointment and treated my child in the most perfect way anyway. They listen. Great care for kid's dental needs.

My son busted his mouth on a waterslide on vacation. We spent the night in the ER. The next morning I spent 2 frustrating hours looking for a dentist to accept his insurance as well as see him right away. This was the only place and they were wonderful. My son busted 4 teeth they put them back in and put a splint on and sent his information to our dentist. They are amazing. Thank you everyone at the office
