Dr. Jay and her staff are amazing. Serene Dentistry has a very welcoming environment. I love the office colors and the TVs in the ceiling. Everyone who works there is nice and approachable. They make sure to give you all the information that you need without trying to sell you on other services.

Dr Jay has been our family dentist for over 5 years. She has given us wonderful care. She goes into detail about the cause of pain we have experienced. She looks for preventative measures, and has given me and my daughter night guards to prevent further cracking of our teeth due to clenching when we sleep. My son had a sports injury, which knocked in his two front teeth. Dr Jay was available to me after hours on the weekend for consultation, and has given him excellent care to restore his teeth. She is very conservative when it comes to keeping the teeth intact, and does not rush to expensive procedures when not deemed necessary. When it is necessary, she gives us great consultation.

Highly recommended. I've been under multiple treatments and Dr. Jay and her staff have been doing an outstanding job. I was kind of disappointed with previous professionals and she definitely changed the game, being absolutely clear and cautious with the treatment plan. After moving from Nebraska, I as rally worried on what dentist to see. I had a great dentist back home but Dr. Jay and her staff were absolutely wonderful! They all made me feel very comfortable. From the time I walked in to the time I was finished, everyone showed the utmost care and kindness to me. While describing what I was in for, I could tell Dr. Jay was concerned and listened to everything I was saying. I will definitely be recommending this practice to all my friends here. Dr. Jay is very professional, compassionate and caring in providing dental care. She is unlike most dentists in that she takes time to listen and answer questions without making her patients feel rushed or unimportant. Dr. Jay has a knack for making her patients feel special. She remembers details about her patients and treats them as if every one of us are important. She always asks how my wife and son are doing by name and is genuinely concerned with my well being as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jay. She is the dentist who sets the standard for all the rest.

I had a teeth cleaning this morning with Renee, and she did an outstanding job. Very personable, through in explaining things I should be doing and I'm general very pleasant to be around. I have been seeing Dr. Jay for over a year now, and I be a customer for life as long as I live in the area. She provides excellent service and she's a professional at what she does. If I could give more than five stars I would! Leslie at the front desk was very professional as well. Keep up the great work ladies! :)

Dr. Jay always remembers everbody’s names and what sports they are into... she takes a personal interest in her patients. She treats us like family. Her hygienists are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and most of all gentle. Highly recommend!!
