Dr Jay is very professional and patient. I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist and she is great about helping me feel relaxed. She is also very accommodating, when I have my baby(4 year old) with me her staff makes sure they he is safe and happy while I''m getting work done. I started going to Dr. Jay a couple of years ago and am happy I did! She is an excellent dentist who really cares about her craft and patients. She really does take the time to get to you know you. Her staff is also friendly and I've only had very good experiences. I recommend Dr. Jay to anyone who needs a good, friendly, and conscientious dentist.

They base the treatment plan and priorities on your feedback combined with their professional opinion and also what your insurance will cover. There were no surprises as we decided on a plan. Shortly after my visit to the office which was pleasant and thorough, I received a bill for $450. I contacted Dr. Jayachandran and she immediately responded stating they could not find anything like that on my account. Since I live in the neighborhood I took the bill to office. Dr. J.'s receptionist pointed out that it was a different dental office. I went to the other office (which was closed for the afternoon). This morning they discovered their error. Instead of recording their refund of $50 to me, the accountant had entered $500 which left a balance of $450. So glad to have this cleared and so grateful for the time and attention that Dr. Jay Jayachandran personally and quickly responded to the situation. My decision to change dentists was only strengthened!

Wait times in the lobby are negligible and all procedures are explained in simple terms which helps bring down the anxiety. They do make follow up calls to make sure you are recovering well from procedures done. If you are looking for a dentist, i highly recommend DR. Jay and her team.

On my last visit I got a filling and the process was so smooth I thought Dr. Jay was just prepping my tooth, but she was doing the actual filling and was done before I knew it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've been going to Serene Dentistry for years now across a couple of different offices as they expanded. The environment is great and I always feel comfortable with talking to Dr. Jay about my teeth, such as what I need to work on more or general tips. I know I could trust Dr. Jay and the rest of the staff when it came to the many routine teeth cleanings, fillings, and the time when I needed my wisdom teeth extracted, which have all been performed exceptionally well.
