Dr. Jay and her staff are both wonderful! They are friendly and professional! Their customer experience is unmatched, they help you with everything you need from the time you call to make an appointment till you leave the office after the service is provided! The office is clean and well equipped, she and her staff are both super efficient, they follow all the protocols of social distancing! Oh so sweet gentle people! My 5 year old, 13 year old, husband, and myself all are cared for at Serene. I can’t tell you how thankful we are that we are treated so well here. My husband has had rough experiences in the past causing him to have a lot of anxiety with dental visits. Fortunately, Dr Jay and her staff go above and beyond to make him comfortable and pain free. They literally coddle my whole family. They definitely have wonderful customer service in every way. Even their front desk is beyond great. Very blessed to have them.

I have to say, the Dentist invested a lot in this facility. Props to that. Pros: accessibility, ease of scheduling, hygienist are well knowledgeable, front desk is a bit wobbly. They act as a Doctor, push you to get treatment you can't even afford.... not taken for granted I really need preventive oral care.... NOT deep cleaning like they say. They wanted to put 2 crowns with deep cleaning and charge $3500. Are you kidding me... This is even with Humana as insurance. Health insurance in the US is a legit scam..... Stations are well taken cared for, dentistry should be preventive care not the golden nugget. They did not even do the cleaning, they charged the visit and evaluation. I guess I have bad teeth but what can I say.

After months of intermittent diligence work, phone calls and reading through numerous mail flyers, I finally am so happy to be a patient with Dr.Jay’s practice at Serene Dentistry.
