Dr. Jay is easily one of the nicest, most caring dentists I have ever had in my entire life. When I first started seeing her, my teeth were a mess. Dr. Jay patiently explained exactly what we needed to do in order to save my teeth, and thanks to her thorough treatment plan and unparalleled dentistry skills, my teeth have never felt or looked better.
Serene Dentistry is always clean and tidy, and has all of the latest equipment, including TVs suspended from the ceiling above each of the dentist chairs, so you can even watch Netflix while you're being treated. Without exception, the entire staff at Serene Dentistry is as caring, as competent, and as professional as Dr. Jay is.
Bottom line, you simply could not ask for a better dentist for yourself and for your family than Dr. Jay. She is as good as it gets!

I chipped my two front teeth and Dr. Jay fixed them both perfectly, she talked me through what she was going to do before she started the procedure. She would not stop until they were both perfect. Everyone in the office is very kind and it has an overall calming environment. I highly recommend Dr. Jay and her staff all of my visits have been wonderful.

Dr. Jay, office staff, and dental hygienists are very friendly and professional. Whenever I go for my routine checkups, Dr. Jay is very thorough with her exams and the dental hygienist does a great job with cleaning my teeth. I like how appointment reminders are by email and text so that I remember to go to them. Appointments are available as late as 5pm which is great for those who work

I will share my experience with Dr. Jay in the near future. I had her whitening procedure done Feb. 12 th 2019. It was a very unpleasant experience. I am a senior citizen and have had this done many times- never had an experience as this! She offered only to compensate my $400 and $70 to see a periodontist way too late. She said I would be required to sign a contract that I wouldn’t tell my story on social media or to agencies. I guess that means the State Dental License Bureau in Austin. We live on a retirement income and we could use the $470 but we chose it was the right thing to forego it and report this incident.It will be up to her what we do.

Took my daughter in for her dental cleaning and an extraction. Coming from a assembly line-type clinic, Dr. Lee and her staff were super-friendly, professional, personable and just fantastic! My daughter was so happy and excited when she was finished! (Like she genuinely enjoyed going to the dentist). It is so refreshing to find that this kind of service still exists! Well doctor Jay and team came through again. I had an old crown that came loose Saturday night. I call Serene Dentistry Monday morning and they had me in the chair by 3PM. The crown prep went smooth and painless, and I will soon have a shiny new tooth.
