Dr Jay is good but not the office policies and ladies. It now charges $50 to make an appointment and $50 to change the appointment if you don't call 48 hours before the appointment. It becomes more irritating and the office manager makes it so inflexible and greedy!

Being treated at Serene Dentistry has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Jaychandran is incredibly knowledgeable and is very good about erring on the side of caution.

I do not recommend this clinic. I am still struggling with broken crown and to fix what was not placed properly by Dr Jay I was asked to pay additional $600. I had multiple appointments, office PTO, spending money and still my teeth is not fixed. I wish I had known about this earlier I would have gone to other dentist so please stay away.

One tip: arrive 5 minutes earlier than you usually would because the nearby fitness center often takes up more than its share of the parking lot. Consider parking at the nearby Starbucks.

Worst ever. Do not visit this place. They lie. I explained on the phone why I will be visiting which is to refill old filling. I talked to them about everything and also asked about the cost before visiting , which they were not able to tell.
When I visited the place hygienist said my appointment is for cleaning. She was not ready to talk about filling. She was rude and didn’t ever try to adjust me. She went out, talk to receptionist and blame on me that I didn’t setup an appointment for filling. It was for cleaning only.
I filled out online form explaining why I am visiting and also talked to receptionist twice. How come you give an appointment for something and don’t take care ?
I took half day off and got nothing done. Will never visit them and tell everyone not to.

My first dentist visit in over 22 years and did not even clean my teeth. I went out side to call dental office across the street to see if this was normal. I also called a family member that works in dental office to verify my situation. I was advised to run away quickly. I am very disappointed in the greed- doctor was only interested in doing high cost procedures and totally overlooked basic fundamentals that could have been....should have been taken care of first. Sadly disappointed!
