Dr. Jay and her team are wonderful. Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Jay is interested in my family's dental health and not the wallet. She's awesome about trying to find non-invasive alternative treatments. Her staff is extremely friendly and courteous and everyone does a great job explaining any confusion thoroughly. This review is long overdue. I have now moved away from Frisco, but this was my regular dental clinic for many years. The dental office has a great professional team right from the front desk to the fantastic Dr. Jay. From beginning to end it was always a great dental experience. They have been very flexible in their scheduling and provide timely reminders on appointments. Very family friendly, clean, and professional. I've always had a great experience visiting Dr. Jay, and the services and equipment are all top notch. Everyone makes you feel comfortable here, I always feel like I am visiting friends.

I highly recommend Serene Dentistry. I’m new to McKinney and needed to find a dentist near me. I found Dr Jay and her great staff. I was welcomed graciously and had very little wait time. I was put at ease immediately and my cleaning was conducted with care. Unfortunately we found that I had issues with cracked teeth. Dr Jay and her staff explained what needed to be done to save my teeth. Within a week’s time I returned to have crowns. I’m usually very nervous at the Dentist but they explained everything they were doing step by step and made me feel at ease. Crowns on your very back teeth is quite frankly not fun but I’m glad I found a Dentist and staff that talked with me all the way thru the process.

Dr. Jay and her staff are not only professional but also caring. It feels like I'm seeing old friends when I go there. I never feel pressured into any type of treatment and I feel Dr. Jay is honest with me. She respects my decisions. The atmosphere in her office is as calming as a dentist office can be. I have visited Dr. Jay's office a few times now - for both regular check-ins and some more complicated work. I cannot recommend Dr. Jay and her staff enough. I had bounced around through a few dentists before moving to Frisco and finding Dr. Jay, and the experiences have been different in the best way possible.
My previous experiences with other dentists consisted of maybe 60 total seconds of face-time with the actual dentist (over the course of a 1-hour appointment). Dr. Jay actually takes the time to sit down and explain the procedures, and is always on the lookout for potential future problems. Her hygienists have been great as well. As a bonus, you can watch Netflix while you're undergoing your procedures!
The office offers some early appointment times, which make it convenient if you need to commute a little further away for work. I've found that this has helped me in that I haven't had to take off any time from my job for an appointment.
Going to the dentist is rarely a 'fun' occasion, but Dr. Jay and her staff are extremely professional and make the experience as pleasant and smooth as possible.
