Dr. Jay and her staff are excellent caregivers in Dentistry. Her staf is very friendly and proficient at their craft. From on-time appointments with little to no waiting to follow-up, they are consummate professionals. Dr Jay, herself is one of the most conscientious dentist I have ever met. Her demeanor is very companionate yet thorough including ensuring minimizing any discomfort during procedures. At having two root canals along with deep-cleaning, I am convinced this is the dental staff for me.

Dr. Jay and her staff is always so kind and professional. For someone who does NOT like to go to the dentist I’m put at ease here. The office is new and fresh giving you vibes of a spa not a dental office. With TVs on the ceiling your time there seems short by distracting you from the process.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...
I got this brochure in the mail and I wish I would have just thrown it away. I scheduled for my wife, son and I to get our cleaning done. 1) they said over the phone that they could accommodate and see all 3 of us but ended up calling and having to reschedule their own appointment because the other hygienist left 2) my son and I decided to go in first and my wife would go in the next day, he was in the room next to me, everything was okay, aside from a few pains of them sticking me in my gums (which still wasn't a deal breaker because it wasn't that bad) 3) Before my appointment, they called and said that I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket but After my appointment, they said that I would have to pay $55 because it didn't cover my fluoride. They said that my son was covered but I wasn't, which I found odd because I've never had to pay because I have awesome insurance 4) They called me the next day about the payment and said that the hygienist Amy, told them that she discussed the extra cost of fluoride and I agreed to pay. Which let's me know that they are liars because she NEVER discussed the price with me, the only price discussion we had was about the Sonic toothbrushes and I would have never agreed to pay that. Later on in the conversation on the phone, the lady tells me that the charge was for ME and MY SON, but the day before, they told me my son was covered and that the fee was only for me. I've never dealt with this at any dentist office, highly unprofessional and I will never return. I will definitely fight this charge because she knows for certain that the price was never discussed and my issue is, why lie? Why not just be honest and say that she never told me that? Kind of creepy to think about because that's literally nothing to lie about.

I have seen Dr. Jay on several occasions over the last 2-3 years and I literally wont go to anyone else. She is awesome, very accommodating and kind.
You can tell she has a huge heart and wants to really help people.
She cares if you are in pain or uncomfortable while seeing her and after you have left her office.
She does follow up calls herself to make sure you are doing ok after any procedure.
The entire staff is always polite, kind and understanding.
I will continue to see Dr. Jay only.

Dr. Jay and all the ladies at Serene Dentistry are amazing! They are thorough, professional and put the needs of their patients first. They even held my 4 month old baby girl while I got my teeth cleaned and she refused to nap:)
