Serene Dentistry

I've never really enjoyed going to the dentist, but Dr. Jay and the staff at Serene Dentistry make the experience as pleasant as possible. My husband and my in-laws go to this practice, and we highly recommend it. Even though there's a pandemic, this office takes safety seriously.

I’m a very fearful patient due to childhoods experiences. Dr J let me tell my story and promised to never hurt me. She has kept her promise to the max! I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. Dr J is kind, caring and awesome at her job. The entire staff is fantastic! I highly recommend this dentist.

Unbelievably professional staff, Dr. Jay is incredible at putting the patient at ease. I was very worried about my root canal and she and her staff walked me through it and made sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain (which I honestly wasn’t expecting) and left with a whole new outlook on dentists! 5 stars all day for Serene

Being completely and totally terrified of the dentist, I am so glad I found this office. Dr. Jay is amazing. Her compassion for people and passion for teeth shine as bright as her smile! I genuinely trust her and appreciate her being fully transparent with me about my dental needs.

The whole office is great too. They are patient and kind. They’ll do almost anything to ensure that I’m comfortable and always take time to explain procedures to me.

Amazing care. The techs and front staff are so helpful and provide information. I get confused easily so it was great that they were so good at explaining what was going on and what needed to happen. Dr. J is amazing! She takes such care when examining my teeth and telling me what's going on with them the entire process was completely stress free.

I fear two things death and the dentist, and I’m not sure about death. So needless to say I’m always apprehensive about the dentist, especially when starting a new dentist. I have to say that Dr. Jay’s office was completely responsive to me and my history and went out of the way to make me feel comfortable. I feel like I have found the best dentist I ever. I am looking so forward to working with her and her staff, not the pain mind you, but working with them and all the issues that I need to have corrected in my mouth. What a relief!!

I recently had to change Dentist due to insurance changes. I had been with my Dentist since we moved up here 6 years ago. I had a appointment set for another local Dentist but when I got in the office for the first time to take X-rays, and do a cleaning, my insurance paid 100% preventive services. To make a long story short they wanted to charge me for them marking an appointment. Well you know where that went! Needless to say I continued to look, and stumbled up on Serene Dentistry. WOW am I excited and overjoyed that I made the appointment and went. Dr. J is wonderful and the staff are so super friendly. Dr. J took time to explain to me what needed to happen for my treatment. I replaced old fillings and she was so professional, and her work was awesome. I had to go back a few days later because I had a high bite (I believe that is what it is called). I called left a message, and 15 minutes they called me back and I was in the Dentist chair within 30 minutes. Within a few minutes I was feeling great. I recommend this Dentistry to anyone looking for a new one. Thank you Dr. J and staff for taking care of me. I truly appreciate it. The staff makes you feel welcome when you arrive and throughout the time of your visit. I receive timely reminders of my appointment. Dr. Jay is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what procedures you require and why. I have trusted her as my dentist for over 8 years and no plans to leave. My experience with Dr. Jay's office has been outstanding. The entire staff have been caring and extremely professional. The information about procedures they are performing and entire treatment have given me the confidence to trust my teeth to Dr. Jay and her staff. I like they are always ready for me at the appointed time even at very early hours to accommodate my schedule. In addition, the administrative staff has been friendly and efficient.
