The ladies in this office were all very friendly and helpful. I went in for two throbbing teeth and they not only evaluated those two teeth but went ahead and did a full visit so I didn't have to return for an extra visit and extra cost. That was very thoughtful!!! Would definitely recommend Serene Dentistry in McKinney.

I have been going to Dr. Jay for about 3 years now, and I haven't looked back. I purposefully drive to my parents house from Austin and get my teeth cleaned and checked at Serene Dentistry. Dr. Jay is very personable, relatable, and kind; as well as great at her job.
She always shows you your teeth, where your faults lie, and if you are unfortunate enough to have cavities, will show them to you.
I would highly recommend using Dr. Jay, as she is great at what she does, and also exactly what people would want in any kind of doctor!

Great dentist office with personal touch - staff is friendly and courteous yet very professional.
Got the appointment reminders and follow-ups on time not to mention their check-in process which is fairly cool - on a touch screen tablet. I recently got my deep cleaning done on Dr. Jay's recommendation. Wasn't exactly looking forward to it - but Brenda and the doc made the experience as painless as can be. Oh you get wear cool shades and have your poker face so nobody sees the fear in your eyes. And I hear the tvs are coming ;)

I am a new resident to McKinney and I had a cap fall off . I looked into different offices and preferences for one close to my home . Dr Jays office was recommended to me, I called and they got me right in to check out the damage. Dr advised me on the issue and some additional work was very much needed. I looked into some dental plans and the monthly fee with the capped amount they pay did not seem logical to purchase when Dr Jay has a 2cleanings&2xrays for the year at $298 and up to 20% savings on other treatments w/o a yearly maximum. So, no monthly fee and all the cost goes to my dental fees. I am happy/content on my decision to go with Dr Jays plan . Her office staff flows very well , the lady's are professional but fun, clean/updated office and conveniently located on the corner of Alma&Eldorado in McKinney.
